We will be taking our Honda cars elsewhere. We selected this service location since it was well rated and relatively close by. We have been taking our car in for regular maintenance for 3 years.
The transition to Darcars was rough. The service sales people are hit or miss. The parking is not fun. When I went upstairs a few months ago to look at purchasing yet another Honda, the person blew me off, so I bought elsewhere
Today, we decided that even though the service has been mid, to not return. The service sales representative, Will, was rude, dismissive and would not allow me to complete a full sentence. I chose to leave and take our maintenance business somewhere else.
If you have an opportunity to have your Honda serviced elsewhere, I would recommend that you go there instead. The mechanics do a good job with the vehicle, but the staff in the office make it frustrating.

Today I went in to get an inspection and emissions test done. I was initially told 2.5-3 hour wait. Ok, fine, I had my kindle with me. Ended up waiting 4.5 hours only to have the service advisor come into the waiting area and say "When you have a minute come see me." That in itself just left a bad taste in my mouth. I had been there half the day on a Saturday, and gotten through 75% of a book! When I have a minute?? What I don't have are the 270 minutes I just wasted sitting there! So I get back there and I am told that my inspection failed, that they didn't have the replacement parts for a car as old as mine, probably wouldn't have them before the 15 day reinspection period was up, and continued to treat me as if I hadn't waited there all day, explaining that I could go to meineke down the street and they might be able to help me. I felt like I was being thrown out because it was busy and that I wasn't important at all as a customer despite my many visits there since 2019. Beyond that- I would have to come back again next Saturday and most likely wait another 4.5 hours to get the car reinspected on those 2 things after I had them fixed elsewhere. I had already been having a bad day before I even got there, and I'm a crier. I left in heavy tears.
Some of you might say it's a dealership, what do you expect? But I have had previous good experiences here. The problem is it's hit or miss, and lately, straight up miss- I'm sure they won't MISS my business because yeah I did end up going to meineke (not the one down the street, but one closer to home) and they took care of me at 4pm on a Saturday and have won me over.

If you are considering using them and think they might have a loaner think twice. My vehicle had a defect and I took it in for service hoping I can get a loaner while it’s being taken care of. They found the problem and don’t know when and they will get the part to fix it. So am without a vehicle and pissed. Lesson learned

I bought my car here and always have service my car here. I' am not sure what has changed. Maybe new management? The customer service is not the same. The only nice advisor willing to help is Keith. The others just ask "do you have an appt"? "Well it will take two three hours" not willing to help at all. I came in with a nail in my tire and I was told I could not be helped without an appt. Very disappointing. I also tried to call beforehand and the so call operator kept putting me back on the queue instead of telling me that the phones aren't working properly.

I have very bad experience with service that I had it few weeks ago. I took my Honda Oddyss 2018 to oil change, Transmission oil change and tire rotation. It took them 3 hours to do all of that. When I got my car back from the Advisor James, my van sounded so differently when I start driving it? So I made U-turn to see what they have been done to it?When I asked the Advisor James, he said oh I heard this noise too when I brought it back for you from the mechanic shop?I was like you guys done something to it, it was never making noises like this. So they took the van back rechecked it. I been waiting waiting to see what’s going on? Final came back and said that it was already like that when I brought it back. You need to change fuel tank pipe is touching something and it’s making noises. I was like great!!!!The advisor Never recommended that car needs to do these thing done.So many van makes really bad noises after I change oil they broken my Honda odyssey 2018. Asking me to fix it for $1500 cost to it.Please DO NOT DO SERVICE with them.I am trying to reach and complain about the service to main person or manager but they are not returning my call back or anything.I will do legal action against them through my lawyer.

Julio Montenegro was rude and condescending from the beginning of me entering the service area. The way he spoke to me and the way he spoke to a colleague of his was the worst I have experienced and witnessed in the several years that I have been having my car serviced here. It made me question if this establishment is deserving of my time & money.Update: Eli had called me to discuss how to remedy my poor experience, We discussed a free oil change the next time I came there. When i was speaking to Mohamed, he said it was never indicated on my account. Mohamed still helped me out with as much as he could.I came back recently for service, but had to come back for a hose to be replaced. Mohamed again helped me out with getting a new undercarriage cover installed. He has easily been the most helpful representative at this establishment and the reason why I will return.Service: Oil change

Incredibly poor experience at the service desk this week. My appointment was scheduled and confirmed via email and text, only to arrive and be told there was no record due to a recent transition between Rosenthal and Darcars. While the system error is no fault of the advisor, there was no effort made to make it right and the dismissive treatment of my concerns - both for my vehicle and the situation - was unwarranted and is not the customer service I’ve come to expect at this location. I’ve taken my vehicles to this service center since 2016 and up until now have always had a positive experience. It would be unfortunate if this is the new standard of customer service.

Everything was as easy as it needed to be for an oil change using my Honda Care policy. Keith was always so on top of the necessary information, I was tempted to have him guess which playing card I was hiding in my sleeve. (Except I didn’t have any playing cards on me.) I’m far from home, so it was nice to have a quick turnaround and then go back to bed!
