Dropping my rating another star. Twenty minutes on hold and one message saying, "We are having a system issue. Please try your call again," I still can't find out if my bloody tire is repaired or replaced.This place is so bad it's comical. Run. Like. Hell.

I'm from MD and was visiting a friend in VA when suddenly my check engine light came on. Came here to see if it was ok to drive home and this place quickly and professionally diagnosed and resolved the issue. Beyond thankful for everyone at Rosenthal Honda!!! 10/10 Experience
