Great items, really good workmanship and service. Bought a ring and a necklace. Excellent items and customer sizing. Has a pretty good inventory. I'd give him 5 stars except for two areas that might keep me from ever buying here again. First his habit of hardcore trying to sell you something additional whenever you visit. Second it is very hard to get a word in when Daniel is talking and hard to get a straight answer from him at times even after you ask the question at several meetings. Also the store is in quite a state of disarray.

I would never step foot in this shop again. I do not even want to waste my time conveying what happened. Beware. Thank God I had witness and recorded.

Charged $55 to replace a battery on my watch and had the balls to tell me that he gave me a discount and that it’s normally $75!!! I never paid more than $20 to swap batteries. This guy is a crook!!!

I went into the shop about a year ago. I have been back 5- times. Mr Roberts is amicable, knowledgable and friendly. I enjoy our talks about a wide variety of subjects even if we disagree on some. He is honest and an actual jeweler well knowing of his craft. I will be stopping by the shop today just to say hello. A good man!

Daniel Robert's is the man.. and he is my new jeweler. He had a huge heart and I can see how some people don't want to talk now a days.. but he's always been good to me... latest transaction was my fathers ring.. I brought it in bad shape and originally I wanted a polish... he told me what he could do and at first I was skeptical. I did not want to change the ring but he guided me to see his vision. Making the ring a bit more comfortable and replacing the onyx stone that was cracked.. and the cherry on top was a beautiful diamond selected In a pair which he's holding for my next piece to build. The diamond in my ring was returned and kept as a momento for later as well.. He gave me everything I asked for and communicated every step of the way.. he even had to wait when I went out of town and was very understanding of my time out of the country. I have included pictures of the ring and I encourage you to do yourself a favor and talk to this man... if you are in a hurry and you don't want to chat with someone just be aware Daniel is a man of knowledge and I feel a lot of what's been dropped above isn't him being condescending but trying to educate you on what you are buying. If you don't like human interaction keep buying your jewelry at the mall or off the internet!

I took an old family ring to Daniel for the band to be fixed and some of the stone to be replaced. He did a very nice job and gave me a great price. Daniel is very friendly and truly seems to care about giving his customers quality service.

I had the owner appraise a diamond ring I bought second hand, to make sure it was worth what the original owner said it was. Mr. Roberts was very knowledgeable and very detailed in the appraisal, and it was a reasonable price for the appraisal I got. He did spend quite a bit of time talking, including about religion. I think he is very lonely and does not get to talk with people very much. I later brought him some of my mom's jewelry for appraisal, and he said the 5-6 pieces were not worth enough money to spend on a real appraisal, but gave me written "ball-park" notes on each piece and its approximate worth. He did not charge much for that, and I appreciated that he did not take advantage of my wanting a full appraisal at first. Again, I felt engaged WAY too long in conversation with him, and it was hard to head out the door. I agree with the reviewers that felt creeped out and condescended to (I think I've been in his store one other time, and usually say, "never again" to myself), but I also think he is just someone with not much "people" skills, and a unique and outdated business sense that is more suited to 30-40 years ago. He has the knowledge and skills with what he is doing, and shared that with me enthusiastically. Yes, he will try to sell you stuff - just hold your ground and say NO. I would still use his services for any fine jewelry I felt needed repairs or appraisal, but maybe that's because I am too lazy to find another jeweler LOL. Time to start looking elsewhere!

Would give them zero stars if I could. He takes advantage of customers. Very pricey. Heard he steals jewelry. Unamused. Unprofessional. Do not support this business.

Creepy and very unprofessional. He scammed my friends grandpa out of several family heirlooms. Don't waste your time or money going here.

Went in for a battery replacement for my watch. Daniel charged a fair price ($30) and gave me a nice breakdown of the different watches he had in store.

Daniel has been my jeweler for some time and he never fails to deliver high quality pieces with great turn around time and high levels of communication. I requested a very difficult custom made piece earlier this year that took a degree of innovation and skill that I only trust Daniel to complete properly. I was blown away by the result and the person I gave it to loved it so much she swore she would never take it off. This isn’t something you would ever get from another jeweler, thoughtful updates and phone calls on the status of the jewelry, and a kind personal relationship. Daniel is the kind of man that greets you with cheer and a smile when you walk in, and remembers your significant others’ name and ask how they’ve been. I’ve spent the better part of an hour in the shop just catching up and discussing beautiful new timepieces that have come in recently. All in all, I’ve been fortunate and blessed to have someone work so diligently in service of me and someone I can call a trusted friend as well.

I had an experience similar to some of the others who posted negative reviews, so felt validated in reading their comments. I am slow to get angry, but the condescending way I was treated by this jeweler eventually got on my nerves and made me resolve to never buy anything from him again.

Went in for a new watch battery for my Fossil watch. I was charged $35. Daniel was friendly, but feel I was overcharged. I've never paid more than $20. I will not be visiting this store again.
