Last time I shopped there, I wanted to take advantage of a 40% off offer, and the friendly sales associate efficently opened an account for me and completed the transaction.

If a DOCTOR prescribes something please just work on it. Your feed back is not needed!!!Waited for an hour+ for a medicine to be rejected by the pharmacy and all of the sudden approved after they’re closedNow I have to wait until the next day to pick it up.

Hands down, one of hardest pharmacies to try to get in touch with to send a patient’s prescriptions. They are impossible to get in touch with (pharmacist or anyone else in the store). They definitely need more staff on hand to facilitate this process.

Nothing special here. If you need a quick pickup from CVS then it’s great but if you need anything more complicated or need a worker to help then it is not the best place. Not sure I saw a worker (outside of the pharmacy) the entire time I was here.

This CVS is so overworked they cannot be bothered with customers. So disorganized. Make you go from one register to another and back to another to pay. Told another pharmacy they didn't have time to help them when I transferred a prescription! Terrible experience.

The minute clinic in this CVS is a joke, the person in there has no idea what she is doing and is a liability and a danger to the patient. Their Minute clinic has to either get someone who knows what they are doing or shut down. She was afraid to check my throat and do a test. Her badge was turned over so I could t even see it. She took notes on-a cardboard and didn’t even sanitize anything. Two days after that I had to go to my doctor and get proper medication. I will complain to my insurance to make sure they don’t get paid.

I had a good experience here this week. They had a Rx that's been out of stock everywhere else. Tram helped me with the drop off and pick up. I'm not sure if she's a pharmacist, but if she is kudos to her. She was manning the register when I went for pickup to keep the long line moving. That's rare at a pharmacy

Aida, Aye and Trang are not only excellent at what they do, but by far some of the most outstanding human beings that are walking this planet.

Pharmacy is understaffed for volume. Staff appears to do their best. Good for CVS to give pharmacy a lunch break, but perhaps post the hours of the break? The front end is also short of people. Often, there is no one to be found.

If you can spend an hour picking up a prescription then come here. If you except efficiency then go somewhere else. I just waited 49min to pick up a prescription when only ONE PERSON was in front of me because Yasmin who was working the register didn’t understand she should take another customer while her current one was calling insurance and figuring out her deductible. No common sense, d*** slow employees working at the pharmacy.

This pharmacy and the pharmacists are trash. My mom was dying in hospice and they wouldn't refill prescriptions bc it was "too soon" to fill. When on hospice at the end of life the prescriptions change within hours. We went from as needed lorazepam .25 every 2 hours as needed to .25 every hour for terminal agitation. We needed more and when I went to refill it I was told it was too soon to fill. I called hospice and they called the pharmacist to fill the script. When I didn't get a text or hear back I went there and spoke to the pharmacist. He told me he did get a call from hospice and would be able to fill the script however they don't have any in stock. I lost my mind when I heard this. All I saw was red. Why not tell me that earlier in the day? It's not like they ran out they never had it In stick to begin with. They also wouldn't help in locating the liquid lorazepam in other locations. Who denies a dying patient this? After loosing my s*** I left in tears! Hospice was able to locate the drug in the cvs pharmacy in Annandale. I drove there like a mad woman to get it before they closed. If you have a loved one going through hospice stay far far far away from cvs pharmacies. They are heartless animals and the scum of the earth and I hope every one that works there has to deal with someone like themselves when they have a loved one in hospice. During a time of great stress they could have taken a road of compassion but instead they added significantly to my stress. My mom passed within hours of me driving around northern Virginia trying to locate the medication she needed for end of life care.

Repeated recent instances of: long waits, lack of communication re break times, poor customer service, inarticulate and meandering attendants, rude pharmacist.
