Hello I happened to visit this location wed July 17,2024 at 12.13 pm, I asked a female employee an Asian with due apologies I have to do nothing with their race, I asked her atleast 3 times about shampoo in colour named JUST FOR MEN, she showed me some shampoos but she totally denied that we don’t have this specific shampoo which I am asking, so I was leaving store another female named RUKHSANA attended me and told me to go to Aisle #5 so I went to aisle #5 and I found dozens of shampoo Just for men there with a lot of variety. Question is if the lady whom I asked as I stepped in store she denied that this brand is not available in store while there were dozens available for the brand I was looking. CVS management make sure you train these unprofessional employees who do not have any information about inventory of products, she denies for a product which is available in store in large quantity, please please give a proper training to your nonsense employees as this is America here customer is always right policy

In regards to pharmacy, watched employees throw prescriptions into baskets across the counter. Front end cashiers very nice and helpful.

You will never get to speak to a human when you call their number. I tried for months. My doctor prescribed a very timely prescription near the end of June, and it's July but I still haven't received it. Never got a call back nor updates on the app. I would rather drive an extra hour to use a different CVS location than this one.

Worst pharmacy. I just wanted to ask a question about Naproxen but the pharmacist in a very rude tone tells me to wait while she helps everyone else after me. I waited patiently until I couldn't anymore and just decided to go to Safeway pharmacy. Now I see why this pharmacy has the worst rating. They don't exactly care about their customers.

5 stars Great service in the pharmacy. Recently stopped by to pick up scripts. Service was friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond.

This CVS is truly GREAT for one thing: when most other places have things on back order, this location seems to always have what you need.PSA: be sure to have your doctor confirm the pharmacy had acknowledged their receipt, otherwise this location runs the risk of refusing to even speak to you regarding your meds. Not only are they combative with customers, they are combative with referring doctors or nursing staff.

Still the worst.. right now they are unable to get a medication one of my kids takes. I kept getting notices about the prescription being ready for pickup the next day, then the next day then again, the next day. Calling, you've got maybe a 50/50 shot on not getting hung up on but I wasn't lucky. I went in and the pharmacist said they have an issue with the manufacturer of the drug and the automated notices are worthless. The people working there work hard, it's understaffed and ran horribly. You'd think misleading someone about their medication availability would be illegal.. but that's CVS...

If there were a negative rating, I would choose -100. I was waiting at CVS refilling my prescription when I needed to use the restroom very badly. I asked to use their restroom and they would not allow me to. The operational manager, Bash, said that it is the CVS policy but it is lie. What kind of store does not let their customers use something for their very basic physical needs? I am going to boycott CVS. Anyone who has experienced this at CVS, please join me.
