I transferred my prescriptions here because they have a drive-thru but that is only open half of the time. When it is operating it is a great service. I usually won't go in because the store is dark and not very organized. When waiting to pick up prescriptions inside they take forever and usually only have one system working. I have waiting for upwards for 30 minutes to get to my prescription because there were so many people there. It is a great location but not efficient.

Donttt go there for your safety and well being!!!!The worst pharmacy u can ever go they don't care about anyoneI went while they are in break they rejected to give my baby girl a medicine she was in pain and has a very painful virus and doctor said get the medicine as soon as possible they rejected to open for me and the lady said the register is closed , they are not humans the worst pharmacy you can ever think to go

So disappointing The staff was completely unprofessional and rude and won't help me out I had to wait?????? and still wait until i just left If you don't like to work or help someone than you shouldn't be workin in Customer service at all.. what's wrong with y'all.

Chronically understaffed. Long wait times at pharmacy, don't bother trying to call. Theyre especially rude when it's close to shutting down for "lunch" even if you're standing in line. Not helpful in finding refills, they told me a prescription of mine was in another State!Walgreens seems to have adequate staffing.

this cvs is hell on earth the employees all smell like body oder the bathrooms reek like hell the one indian lady borderline harasses u. they need to close this place asap there's not anything good in stock why is it still open

don't go here always out of stock on everything They harass you they won't stop staring at you. while you shop the whole cvs smells like straight up dog shit the old Indian lady in specific will look at you while shopping the whole time and will come up to you and tell you horrible things and they have the worst customer service and i just hated my experience there i will never be coming back there i don't want to be getting basically harassed by the lady she should honestly be fired

very badly. I bought an Apple gift card and they gave me a used one instead of the new one. I just opened my Apple gift card and saw that they scratched the code. I don't know if it's the cashier or whoever did it, but that's very bad.

I live in neighborhood behind This location and it’s annoying that as a pharmacy it is never stocked on feminine products, there’s always a sign saying they’re out of stock so then I’m forced to go all the way to the giant which is annoying. Maybe it’s because of the homeless shelter near by and the homeless steal these things ? Idk.Also this cvs pharmacy took SEVEN HOURS to fill my prescription. The lady at the front was SUPER RUDE!I’d just got my wisdom teeth pulled and my pain was unbearable so it was pretty imminent that I’d start some sort of antibacterial and pain meds!Never again with this cvs!

Went to get my prescription, they said system was down and couldn't give me my meds. I come the next day and they got rid of my prescription because I did not pick it up soon enough? Ummm I was just there yesterday. OK, so then they proceed to fill it and tell me it'll be ready in 15 min. I come back and the system is down AGAIN. So here I am with no prescription wasting my time again. Whoever their IT person is needs to be fired.

Some Indian guy at the pharmacy kicked us out of line when the time changed over from 6:59 to 7. These people are unprofessional buffoons, only go here if you have no other choices.

I really like this location. Store was clean and organized. Shelf were fully in stock. Staff was very friendly and kind.

This pharmacy and the pharmacists who work here are trash. My mom was dying in hospice and they wouldn't refill prescriptions bc it was "too soon" to fill. When on hospice at the end of life the prescriptions change within hours. We went from as needed .25 of morphine to .5. Every 2 hours with in hours of each other and they refused to fill it. If you have a loved one going through hospice stay far far far away from cvs pharmacies. They are heartless animals and I hope every one that works there has to deal with someone like themselves when they have a loved one in hospice. During a time of great stress they could have taken a road of compassion but instead they added significantly to my stress.

Ok store. Multiple bad experiences with pharmacy staff. Worst customer service in Fairfax. Rude, error prone (even when you confirm dosage amounts). Dishonest - said that we couldn't get email when a family member's prescription is filled, but we get emails about other family's scripts are filled - for the same medication. I really wish the urgent care clinic across the street had a retail pharmacy.
