Terrible quality control. We ordered shirts and hats for our small business, there was not a single shirt or hat that did not have an issue. The logos weren't centered, they were very clearly crooked, the color was supposed to be white but was not, and there were portions of our logo that weren't even visible. For the amount of money you, you should be receiving a quality product, but you won't get that with custom ink. We notified them and even sent them pictures and we haven't even heard back from any. Terrible customer service and terrible quality control. 10/10 DON'T RECOMMEND!

Really poor customer service for a company boasting a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. I ordered 11 custom t-shirts and when I received them the text was crooked on the back. The color also looked significantly different from the design online (which I was told was because, from the way they print the text on shirts, it might appear different after sinking into the t-shirt color. That said, I printed purple text on a very light tan so I didn't expect that to be a problem). Assuming I let the color difference go, my biggest problem is the crooked text. It's very obviously lower on one side compared to the other. The order confirmation states that the team checks for issues like that. It's not like I was sent a proof or anything. Once I received the shirts and saw the problem, there wasn't time for a re-print and ship before the event so I was faced with the choice of having shirts with a crooked print and having no shirts at all. I contacted customer service and they refunded $30. $30 is certainly better than nothing, but that is a tiny amount of what I spent and every t-shirt has a crooked print. They're quite expensive, and now I'm seeing all these other reviews from people who had similar problems. I'm disappointed.

A Nightmare Experience with Custom Ink I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Custom Ink, and I feel compelled to share my dismal encounter. My order, which was supposed to be a simple and exciting venture into custom clothing, turned into an absolute disaster. Let's start with the good news, there was decent communication with the company before and after the unsuccessful order. They asked me to clarify certain design details in the order, and in confidence that the communication has been consistent that the order would reflect in the product. When my order finally arrived, I was met with a product that could only be described as a slap in the face. The quality of the printing was abysmal, there were even holes in the merchandise. It was evident that they had little regard for attention to detail or quality control. Would have paid a fraction of the cost had I seen them in a discount bin at a thrift store. I have ordered products from them before and the customer service was quick to provide me financial relief/ or a refund for their faults. However they now seem to have abandoned on this customer service approach, and are requiring me to return multiple dysfunctional garments. They would not acknowledge their mistakes, or a possibility of a refund without an evaluation of items. This is absurd as I have never had to deal with this. I had to practically cry over the phone with customer service to get a $100 refund for an over $2000 order. In conclusion, my experience with Custom Ink was nothing short of a disaster. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and explore more reputable options. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment - steer clear of Custom Ink at all costs.

I made two orders with this company. Our Elementary School had a fundraiser and we did a pretty BIG order (at least for us) $2500 in youth shirts. Despite the expense (the price was double what we usually pay). The teachers loved them so much they asked to purchase some. With only 9 on this second order I called and ordered more. I told customer service they were for our female teachers. I also told them what sizes I needed. When the second order came in the shirts were so HUGE! They are sold as unisex, but they were bigger than MEN sizes. I had some of the teachers try on the shirts and a medium for instance was the same size as your typical Mens XL tshirt. Bottom line is that I contacted the company, begging for help. They listened to my recorded call, and determined they were not in the wrong. I received no help as far as fixing the problem. They sent me a how to video and other directions that basically was a way of saying "Go through all this trouble, so you can forget about us" After spending $2500+ my experience ended with a poor customer experience, nothing was resolved. Our teachers at our school have shirts that would fit a large man, and a corporate giant that won't be getting any more of our business.

Avoid this firm and use a local print shop instead. Local shops will work with you, if you find that you need need additional product, changes, or add-ons. CustomInk discards your artwork almost as soon as the product ships and you will need to start from scratch with them.

I have been using custom ink for the majority of our custom shirt orders for eight years. There has never been any quality issues, if there was any mixup they were quick to fix it. And with our long relationship they have given us discounts and when we are supporting charities they give us their best prices. Custom ink is a small business that is worth supporting!!!

Really disappointing experience with Custom Ink. I completed a school fundraiser through their program following all guidelines. When I hadn't received my order I reached out to customer service and they told me an email was sent to me about the shipping date not arriving on time and "sometimes their emails do that". Changing the shipping date requires communication that includes a two-way response! I asked to speak to someone in leadership and they told me they'd say the same thing. I asked for the order to be rushed knowing I might have to pay more. They followed up with a passive aggressive email saying they couldn't do it. Telling me in the future maybe they could pull a rabbit out of a hat for me. Really unfortunate experience and would not recommend their fundraising feature.

My order had our logo in black on a white T-shirt and it arrived already looking faded and feeling very cheap for the price I paid per shirt. For the amount I paid I expected higher quality. On top of that, I ordered my own custom branded shirts and couldn't hand them out to my team with custom ink's own logo branded inside the shirt. Not using again.

HORRIBLE quality and customer service. I ordered 50 tote bags for my wedding, with a simple silkscreen design. The final product was unusable--the ink was misaligned, flaking off, and smudged. First Custom Ink insisted there was no damage and refused to refund my purchase. I then went to the NY location to show them the problem in person, and they only agreed to a 20% discount. DO NOT ORDER FROM CUSTOM INK! Their satisfaction guarantee policy is a sham! P.S. I rarely write online reviews, let alone negative ones!

Do not use Custom Ink! Use to use them. Last order there was some miscommunication and they printed a youth size logo on alp the adult shirts. They look ridiculous. Only help they offered me was 30% off to completely reorder. Too many options these days. Custom Ink has seriously fallen off.

When you order a single shirt for $55, you expect it to be on time. No communication until the day before it is supposed to arrive saying it is printing and then will ship. Wasn't brought to a facility until the day after I should have had it.

Was pleasantly surprised by excellent customer service when I called this company. They were open on Sunday, their staff were always very friendly and they quickly helped me to sort issues that were my mistakes. They have a wide selection of colors and designs/artwork available or you can upload your own art. The orders were all delivered ahead of schedule as well.

I paid for rush shipping, and they did not even have it printed by the promised delivery date. They refunded my shipping costs, and said they would ship it out that day. I still haven't received it and am giving them one star for reliability.

The tshirts faded to no color after being washed in cold water, as recommended. Very disappointing.
