We had an excellent experience refinancing our home with CUMA. We completed the application after speaking to Andrew, and within 20 minutes had locked ourselves into a killer rate with great closing costs. The entire process took only a few weeks to complete. I definitely recommend CUMA if you have the option of using them.

Gave us a mortgage rate/term no other lender could come close to matching. Our closing attny said it was the best he had ever seen. Some of people who processed our paperwork fumbled things a bit, but in the end we were very very happy.
