Classic example of awful customer experience with no ability for the store manager to communicate with the cox help desk. Pls use the internet oh no sorry that’s down working. Try chat. Oh no sorry you need to call the customer service line. Just wow. Oh and the whole time 4 store staff just sitting around. Unacceptable. Verizon’s? Starling? Tin cans.

God- the freaking worst service of all time. They scam you into charges and are the absolute rudest people ever. Literally cancelling my service now and going to Verizon. STAY AWAY.

I initially came to the COX store as they were the only company supporting WIFI in the new house my family and I moved into, having little experience and knowledge in this field it was easy for me to get taken advantage of for the benefit of the company. The staff team at COX fairfax were very informative and explained the step by step for each plans, how they can help reduce costs, as well as help us get the best quality service. They were able to help me get my home wifi set up the same day and made sure I was able to get work done without a delay.
In the follow weeks, I revisited in hopes to get an upgrade from my current phone and the wonder staff (Fabricio and Dagmawe) were very friendly, informative, and accommodating and helped me get a new iPhone 15 Pro Max at a rate that others providers couldn't match, even staying after closing time to assist in transporting data and setting up my new phone. Needless to say I will be revisiting for all internet and electronic related inquiries in the future.

This place was amazing. We were literally in and out with a router and account in less than fifteen minutes. They also took our old router off of our hands so that it wasn't cluttering up a closet somewhere until the end of time. This is the way that service should be. We purchased the 1 gigabyte speed (the fastest they offer) plan, and it's lightning fast for a very decent price ($80 per month). Highly recommend.

I want to give a negative review. The service stinks and keeps disconnecting at least 3-4 times a day. To request a technician over chat, it takes at least 3-4 hours, and they charge you $75 for every visit unless you enroll in something that costs $10 per month to look at the issue. Even after that, the issue didn't resolve, and you had to spend another couple of hours to request another visit from a technician. This time, he says Cox modems are not new (even though they are sealed) and are cleaned, wrapped, and used as new. Surprisingly, they can't troubleshoot the Cox-issued modem or router. After hearing this, I ordered a new modem and asked to configure it. After configuring, they sent a text saying your new bill had increased by $40 per month. Upon again chatting for an hour, they said this couldn't be undone. I have been using multiple providers over the years, but Cox is the worst and is ripping me off.
