Amazing pizza! It was 10 dollars for a extra large 18" pizza! It was cheap and also very good. Every single tine we come to Costco, we try the pizza! The chicken bake is also delicious.

Rude servers and pizza did not come out even after we waited for an hour . My kids were hungry and we had to leave. Never buying here again.

Just inefficient, the food court is understaffed and has zero processes to serve customers effectively, it’s just a mash of people at a window and you get to pay for the privilege of poor service.

The pizza is an incredibly long amount of time, and on occasion the employees give you the wrong toppings due to the rush.

I went as my SIL's guest to a local Costco and I have to say, I was underwhelmed. I have a BJ's membership and was considering switching but frankly the selection was just ok. With all the hype, I didn't really see any difference. In fact, there were several things I wanted that they didn't even carry. Not even a comparable brand, so that was disappointing. Also, knowing what I pay at BJ's, the prices aren't better. Then, the cashier was arrogant and rude. I asked a question and mentioned it was my first time and he not only seemed annoyed but acted like he was doing me a favor being my cashier. Wow! The last straw, which my SIL forgot to mention, was the fact that they only accept Visa. This was a fact I was unaware of which also made the cashier clearly annoyed. I'd love to know what "deal" they have to only take one credit card. That pushed me over the top of not only not joining this store, but I'll never even go in as a guest again. If the prices were really that good as a result of only taking one cc, I could understand the hype, but that is not the case. Any retailer that only takes one card, has rude staff and isn't any better than other warehouse membership stores is not a store that will win my business.

I usually go to the Costco in the Springfield area (Boston Blvd), but I was out towards Fairfax, VA yesterday and so I went to that store. I should have made the extra drive back towards Springfield. Not because the Costco in Fairfax isn't good, but inside laid out differently so I couldn't find the popcorn I wanted (sometimes it is difficult to find it in Springfield too, but maybe the Fairfax store doesn't carry it at all. But the real reason for the review is about their parking lot. It is just terrible. First off, the Costco gas station draws a lot of people for the cheaper gas, and traffic was backed up on the main road because of it. And the main parking lot is downright terrible. I won't be back to this store.

I ordered a ge profile washer and dryer from Costco, which I paid to be installed. What a nightmare. They forgot the stacking kit which required over 20 follow up calls and multiple rescheduled visits. In the process of installing the stacker kit the DELIVERY team dislodged the electrical cord to the dryer and had to come back yet again to fix it. Most of the times I called you are put on hold for very long wait periods only to find out the delivery team is not available. I even complained to Costco directly three times and nothing was accomplished. Actually I had three different customer service folks reply saying they emailed GE to get resolution but again nothing was ever resolved. Total joke. You order from Costco, yet you are forced to deal with a delivery team who gets parts from GE. Buyer beware

Been using this Costco for many years and it's consistently well stocked and organized and clean and a fun experience. They are always efficient, even with returns. A few weeks ago my 6 year old car with original tires developed a tire leak and I took it in for a new set of tires. The friendly, knowledgeable and considerate manager came over and examined everything and said I still had 75% of my tire's tread and didn't need any new tires, just a $11 repair. Even though they were extremely busy and it was late in the day, they worked me into the schedule and got me done that day. They truly try to do above and beyond for the customer. This location is crowded because it's good. You have to be ready for a busy situation, which means these employees have a lot to manage, but my experience has always been that they take the time to treat everyone like their shopping wants and needs matter.

Lately I have been very frustrated with packed meat products I purchased from this store, especially packed fish products, lamb chops, and chicken wings. Based on my experience, they are either not stored properly at right temperature or they are expired with wrong expiration dates that make you believe that you are buying fresh products. To make it short, packed meats sometimes smell horrible, the smell that you would normally expect from rotten meat. I had no choice but to throw them away by wasting my money considering that these things are very expensive. I normally don't hesitate to return whatever I don't enjoy to Costco, but returning stinky meat is not convenient and practical. The store management should do something about packed meat. Other than that, I definitely enjoy this store.

Rough visit. I went to return some reading glasses I had ordered online. The line for returns was more than 20 people deep. Once I got to the counter, the woman said I needed to return the glasses to the vision department. I explained I had been in a very long line and waiting for a long time and she apologized but explained where I needed to go. Once I got to the vision center there was another wait. Eventually, I explained my situation and they told me I COULD return reading glasses to the regular return line. Everyone seemed extremely stressed, did not smile, and were seemingly unconcerned or overwhelmed.There way too many people in the store and I think overall there needs to be some significant changes.

My new phone was having several issues, when I tried to bring it back they told me I needed to go through Apple instead. Terrible customer service at all of these locations. The representative could not stop laughing when I told him I broke my phone. The representatives at all of these locations within Costco are so incredibly rude and disrespectful and should be removed from Costco locations

Costco online and logistics are horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM COSTCO ONLINE. I cancelled an online order because Costco logistics wanted to leave the shed on the sidewalk in front of my house. The city would have given me a big fine for that. Costco logistics agreed to give me a credit and cancel my order. A month after, I did not have my credit. Then Costco delivered the shed with no notice or communication at all. The shed was put in my driveway blocking my garage. They told me to return it to one of their stores if I want a credit. It weighs over 300 pounds. This is an unbelievable nightmare.

We regularly frequent this Costco because it's closest to home, but it's certainly not the best Costco in the DMV. The employees here seem pretty cranky and one time an employee at the self-checkout line was complaining about how we had too many items even though there weren't that many and there was no sign that says there's a limit for how many items. Once we got home, noticed they double charged us for a couple items! Drove all the way back the next day, and the customer service lady was complaining that this was the 5th time that day that she has to process a return. She blamed her co-workers mistake on me, because I used self-checkout even though there's no sign that says there's an item limit. We didn't even have that many items. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me! Other Costcos like Springfield, Chantilly, Pentagon City, and Sterling seem much better!
