Front desk lady has a nasty attitude! I was asking questions I genuinely don’t know about, insurance and previous test records, and she responds with such attitude as she’s miss know it all. Talking to me in another language I’m not speaking, why the switch up? Other than that, I’m giving this place three stars for the nice service the nurse provided for me for my test.

My drug test sample was “lost” twice so I had to take it three times for work and it kept me from working for an extended period of time.
