The manager Jimmy is the BEST. He never fails to make sure I have my paint order on time. Great service, always clean, and the employees are very knowledgeable.

I have been coming to this store for about 2 years. But It will be a long time before I return. I bought a gallon of paint from this very store a while back. I used about 1 and one half cups out of it. On Aug. 9, 2023, I asked for it be shaken, and the clerk refused to do so because she said it might leak. I paid about $65 for the can. So I drove across town and went to Home Depot and they shook my Benjamin Moore paint for about 5 minutes without any hesitation or question. He checked the seal and then put it in the machine. No leak, no issues. I guess you get better service with more experienced employees. Nor did I get any pushback from Home Depot about shaking another store's paint. Now that's service!!! I never thought I'd be endorsing Home Depot over Benjamin Moore for paint, but here I am. Very disappointed with this store.

We went here on a quick Sunday errand when our normal paint place was closed. They were great and the store has great hours considering most places with Benjamin Moore paint are closed Sundays.

I am a loyal and lifelong customer! To say this place goes above and beyond would be an understatement. They deliver!! what other paint store does that for no added cost if at all!?Over last few years there have been some great changes. Jimmy has been managing the store and really fine tuned the place. Did I mention it’s SPOTLESS, smells clean, and there is always snacks and water. Jimmy rearranged things for the better and mastered what to keep in stock. No matter when I call I’m always greeted by someone helpful who wants make sure they answer my questions. Don’t believe me, just stop by the store sometime . Whether you are in the pre-planning stage, run out of paint in the middle of a project and need the right paint match, or maybe you’re staining wood, a deck, or repairing drywall. Clawe’s Paint has it all at a price that’s reasonable. My favorite part is knowing that I’m supporting a smaller family owned business!

Young employees who seem very inexperienced. More training in customer service and how to prepare paint colors is needed. I will not be back to this BM store.
