I tried calling them multiple times. There were only “2 callers” before me. I’ve been on hold for over 45 minutes and have still yet to talk to someone. I just want to ask a simple question.

Bad customer service ever. They reschedule without notice. I had to cancel another appointment and take off work to take my son who waited for this appointment over 2 months to find out that they rescheduled us to the next 3 months without asking us or let us know. This is show how much they care about their patients. Super...
