This location seems to me as if it is an outlet store, not the same merchandise as other locations. I don't know who is designing the clothing for this location but it is an embarrassment for the hard working ladies, surely you do not expect us to wear these types of clothes. Not going to return and not going to recommend this location. We deserve better than that. And yes, I did pay attention that half of the clothing in the store is on sale.

Maybe I just came on an off day. This store looks a little disorganized. The items advertised on the website were not there, and associates were less than friendly or helpful.

I used to work at Chicos; back then it had some very nice decent quality clothes and great sales. Now they are always having 'sales' which is actually the real price and the quality has gone down considerably. While always catering to a mature demographic, it is not even easy for my 85 year old mother to find anything there that she likes. They need a revamp and to get back to their roots.

I love this place! Everyone is so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. You know they love their jobs. The store is bright and cheery, all dressed for spring. Just a lovely experience.

12/22/19- I came here 45 minutes before closing scrambling to find something nice for my MIL before heading to her bday dinner at Coastal Flats. I circled the floor so many times confused about the sizes and what to purchase. NO ONE HELPED! I finally found a very nice knit blouse and tried it on to check the fit. Next to me was another lady trying on the same blouse. The sales person was all over her but completely ignored me. I had to ask the lady what 1, 2, 3 sizing means. 5 minutes to closing, one lady finally asked me if she can help me in a "time to scram out of here" tone. I dump the 3 items I was clutching back in the shelf and left. If you're not white or European stay away. I'd give this review zero if not for the quality items in the store.

Absolutely terrible customer service and I just might call corporate headquarters. As another reviewer wrote, they literally turned around looked at me and my daughter and "appeared" to make a decision not to greet us upon walking in the door. I assumed it was my imagination until someone else walked in right behind us and then all of a sudden the staff was so friendly I thought Jesus himself walked in the door. And after walking around the store for about 15 minutes, both sales associates walked passed me and my daughter several times, looking right at us and never said a word. My daughter even made the comment that they seem awfully rude! I don't know what message you're trying to send here, but it won't stop us from shopping in your store. It'll just get you fired.

Very bad customer service. The floor employees helped each and every customer in the store, but us. Maybe due to our skin color.

My favorite boutique. All staff are wonderful! Very friendly, polite and helpful. I always can count on them to find the best outfit that fits me.
