I shouldn’t have believed all the positive reviews but unfortunately user R R is correct. My haircut unfortunately also came out super uneven. There were uncut long pieces all along the bottom that my husband noticed when I got home and he had to trim them for me. I like my hair long and the end result came out two inches shorter than what I wanted. The layers were all uneven when you compare the right side to the left and they don’t blend in nicely but are rather choppy. The shortest layer of hair was also in the middle of my head rather than my bangs, which looks terrible when I put my hair in ponytails. While cutting my hair, she also spent a noticeable amount of time talking badly about other hair cutters. If you have thick Asian hair and you want it layered, I don’t think she is the right hair stylist for you.

I had indigo hair that I covered with black box dye due to my job not allowing unnatural colored hair. On top of that, I wanted to transition into ginger/copper with blonde peekaboo layer split dye. Not only did Miss Chi gave me the amazing results I wanted, she made sure to keep the integrity and health of my hair in tact.
Requested style: This is exactly what I got: Layered wolf cut for the hairstyle and split dye for color: ginger/copper/orange on top, and blonde for the bottom section. The ombre effect comes with the layering of the hair cut!

Chi is my second hairstylist since moving from Texas last summer and I couldn’t be happier to find her. I needed someone with long experience of treating colored hair, especially highlights. First salon literally damaged my fine hair which became very dry and tangly. Chi uses high quality products and she saved my hair. I still get colors and highlights but it’s so much healthier now that I’ve seen her twice. Chi is very sweet and upbeat, she listens to her customers about their concerns and she says she will fix it. I highly recommend Chi if you are looking for a new hairdresser in town.

Chi is a very talented and professional hairstylist. She knows how to cut my naturally curly gray hair. The cut looks fantastic and has changed my entire look. I absolutely love her cuts! It is a great location, too! She takes her time and is always cheerful. I would highly recommend Chi's Hair Studio.

Chi is a fantastic hair stylist! I have been going to her for nearly 20 years. I especially appreciate how she's able to cut my thick hair so it is very manageable and easy to style. She's also done an excellent job with up-do's for the wedding party. I highly recommend her.

I went to this place based on the positive google reviews after my hair stylist moved away. I've gotten hair cuts from Chi for 4 times so far, and I would not be going back.
From the time I sit down at her chair to walking out to my car takes about 25-30min. She charges $75 ($90-$85 w/ tip) for my medium length hair trim, shampoo, and blow dry. For twice so far, I've had to get rescue hair cuts from someone else because Chi can't seem to give me a even length hair cut.
I just got a hair cut from Chi yesterday (my 4th time and last time). I even pointed out to Chi that one side seemed longer. She said no. The next day (this morning), I washed my hair...and My husband could not believe how uneven my hair was (right side is about 2 inches longer). So here I go again....I called another place to get a second hair cut to fix Chi's hair cut.

If you want Asisn hairstyle or color, definitely go to her. She colored perfectly my dead hair without dryness and tangle. Highly recomend

Travelled 1 hour to get the perfect layered hair i have always wanted. I have asian hair and nobody gets the right technique for it, only Chi! Definitely worth the drive!

I’ve been going to Chi for over 2 years now. I have loved every service I’ve gotten. She does a great job with my color and cuts, and I started taking my son as well. People ask where he gets his hair cut because it looks so good, which is a feat for a 2 year old! We love Chi!

I am so happy with how my hair turned out she was wonderful and lovely to talk to! She was able to get me in the same day I called about an appointment and left my hair exactly like the pictures I showed. After taking the time to explain to Chi that I did NOT want my hair cut in a stacked bob, she cut my hair in a stacked bob. It's a cut that my hair doesn't do well with as it leaves a visible line in my hair. Looks great on some women but i hate it in my hair. This is a deal breaker. The only way to get rid of the line is for it to grow out. I won't be going back.Service: Haircut

I haven’t had a haircut in probably about a year as I’ve been so scared to let anybody cut my hair. When I went online to look for a hair cuttery, Chi’s studio popped up. After reading her many positive reviews, I decided to give her a try. She did not disappoint. She made my hair feel so much lighter and healthier and she did it with so much ease and reassurance.
