Reliable, honest work. I went to have a watch band fixed. The staff explained to me very clearly what my repair options were, the approximate costs and time to repair. This place has been around for about 20 years and its because they do good work. Visit with confidence.

highly highly recommend! needed to get my watch resized and battery replaced before I went out of town and Charly was kind enough to stay open and wait for me to do it. His prices are extremely fair as I went to another location and they were charging me double!

I went in to have my watch battery replaced. There was a woman ahead of me with 3 or 4 timepieces. He explained the issues with each piece and when the customer asked how much was this transaction, the gentleman said, “no charge “. What a kind and generous man. He replaced my watch for a very good price.
This gentleman has a passion to serve and repair with honesty and integrity.

I needed a second opinion on a watch I ordered online. I called Charly's Watch Shop and they sat with me on the phone for a while discussion with me, which was very helpful. Once I actually got the watch and brought it in, within a few minutes, they were able to tell me that it was in terrible shape. Charly's Watch Shop saved me from a terrible buy and spent time helping me understand the situation. Will be coming back for all of my watch needs, they are by far one of the best in terms of enthusiasm for watches, and in customer service.

Had a 40 year old cuckoo clock that stopped working. My daughter lives in Virginia and had taken her clock here. She was very happy with the owner, Joon, service. She took my clock in and he could fix it. I was unsure what to do so she brought the clock back home. I live in Indiana and went to visit her and I brought the clock back to Indiana.
After thinking long about what to do I decided I wanted to have the clock fixed. I contacted Joon and asked if he would be willing to fix the clock after all. I said I would UPS the clock and when it was fixed I would have UPS pick it up and ship back to me. He was happy to fix it and it would take a couple months but was hesitant to ship UPS. Asked since my daughter lived close if she could pick it up. I explained that she was moving in 45 days. He said he would expedite the repair for me and get it done before she left.
Joon, got it done, my daughter picked it up and I got it from a friend who went down to visit her in North Carolina.
Works perfectly and I couldn't not be happier with the results.
Can't find any repairers close to me so glad my daughter had found Joon at Charly's.
Joon is very passionate about clocks and watches and does a fantastic job in repairs. He also if very considerate to customers and wants them to be happy with the results.
If you need repairs or even looking to buy, go see Joon at Charly's, you will be glad you did.

Came to this business because I had bought some antique watches and wanted an opinion on whether they were worth cleaning and fixing. The gentlemen there was very forthcoming and let me know what may be worth my while etc and didn't try to say that they would be worth fixing when they weren't, etc. I didn't end up getting any services done but I do appreciate his advice and time.
