bought a car in July I already had so much problems with the car recently the low 4WD showed up saying it needs service and I called the dealer right away I told them that it popped out and the manger told me to don’t drive so I didn’t. I spend money on a towing then when the car got there they say it’s the transmission and now the manager is accusing me of driving the car even though I didn’t. and now I’m the one who has to take care of the transmission replacement and how they won’t help at all. I called yesterday so I can get a quote to see at least how much I’m going have to spend now and Amin said he’ll get it right away for me and I waited the whole day nothing. I called today and now he’s at vacation. And I’m still here waiting for a response. This dealer is very unprofessional and they sell cars that already have too much problems just to make money off of people.

I wish to write 0 because the car failed inspection leaking windshield reservoir and the rear mirror was old you can't see clear ???? I wasted my money and finally got to an accident because of bad lack lost job too??? these guys are after money after you pay they don't care your problems they will be dodging you to avoid your problem

Update to my previous comment:
I had to spend $3800 on transmission repairs, and the dealership didn't even compensate me partially. I've visited them numerous times and will be adding receipts and text messages with my representative, Bashior. When I spoke to the General Manager, Ali, he seemed like he was trying to help, but ultimately, he did nothing. His excuse was that they were unaware of the problems, which is unacceptable and unfair. Please think twice before buying a car from this dealership.
Response to comment : It's easy to say I declined, but the reality is you are not taking responsibility. I've visited the dealership multiple times to show you the issues with the car, yet you have been unwilling to help. Even the warranty you provided does not cover any of the necessary repairs. Why are you selling cars with a warranty that doesn’t cover anything?
