The front desk staff is efficient. I believe they need to hire more techs as they are constantly running late for appointments.

Brought my grandmother in for an appointment at 10am. Got there and they said the doctor was not here but is coming. Came over an hour late and when expressed that this was an inconvenience the receptionist was incredibly rude and had an attitude the entire time even though the mistake was on their part...
