Hello... Ilona here. Call the Movers LLC did numerous things to make themselves exceptionally easy to work with. 1) They were constantly communicating and always picked up the phone even before/after normal business hours. 2) They provided competitive pricing and were completely transparent with costs/fees. 3) Provided ad hoc "add on" services (like junk removal or donation transport). 4) Called ahead to let us know how far out they were. 5) Provided staff that spoke English and were on point with efficiency and effectiveness of their time. Never stood around "on the clock". 6) This last one takes the cake... allowed us to cancel very last minute (about 30 min before they were to show up) without charges or required rebooking at that time. This really won me over with this one and I don't see myself using anyone else. Thank you Linas and Team!

We used Call the Movers for our recent move from Alexandria, VA to the Richmond, VA area and the whole process from estimate to move went perfectly. The estimate was accurate, the team showed up on time, and the team that did the move was fantastic. They were even able to get a large couch out of our basement that we thought we were going to have to cut up/destroy to get out. They happened to move us on one of the hottest days of the year and they had nothing but good attitudes and positive vibes the whole day. Highly recommend Call the Movers.

Moving is not easy, but this crew was fast and efficient. Our moving day was crazy hot and they seemed unaffected by the temperature and humidity. The number of scuffs and scratches was minimal, considering I was moving a 28 year old house of furniture and life belongings. I would definitely use them again.

I had an excellent experience with Call the Movers. I had not moved in almost 20 year and was very anxious about how it would go. I received estimates from several companies, but from my first contact with Linas, I knew I had found the best option. He was very easy to work with and provided a clear and competitive estimate. The crew on move day was fantastic. Very careful with wrapping items and able to carry multiple boxes at a time. Efficient loading and unloading with no damage. I'd highly recommend Call the Movers to anyone!

"Call The Movers," provided outstanding move services for my recent move. Runya, the lead mover, was timely, professional and very courteous. He was accommodating and provided excellent service. The quoted cost was accurate, and I did not have to pay anything additional. The movers carefully and timely moved all items from two different locations and delivered them neatly at the final destination. I would highly recommend them and would absolutely utilize them again.

I had an unfortunate incident where some of my belongings were stolen by a passerbyer during my move with Call the Movers. I was devastated, but the team at Call the Movers went above and beyond to take care of me. They replaced all of my stolen items in just one day!
Their customer service was exceptional, and they truly went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism during a difficult time.
