Highly recommend this business!
1. Buni (our designer) was amazing! She is patient, talented, passionate, and dedicated to her work. She helped guide us on the type, color, style of our new drapes and our new pillows, and then pulled everything together with some beautiful hardware. We are so pleased with how both of our rooms look!
2. Hassan (our installer) is also patient, talented, and dedicated to his work! He too helped guide us on the width/dimensions of our drapery and then returned to install them to perfection. He is like the cherry on top — he took the time to measure and install our drapes to the exact specification to match the feel and vibe of the room(s)!
3. Imauri (project coordinator) kept us informed when each step of our project was completed, and helped keep things running smoothly and on schedule.
We could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you to all of you!

This showroom is absolutely stunning! I know it has moved from its old location from a few years ago, so sometimes Google Maps directs you to the old location. It's now across the street.It has beautiful fabrics that you can check out and take home or you can grab a sample from the sample wall. There's always sales and everyone I've spoken to there is extremely kind.

Terrible communication. Long delays. And, the product is NOT worth the money. Fabric looked rich and vibrant in the store, and it was muted and dull when installed. I waited 3 months for a very underwhelming product. It was almost as if I was looking at a different fabric?? The golds were not the same. I'm so disappointed I spent so much money with Calico. I had to constantly call to get updates. If I had not followed up, it would have been longer. I purchased from Cathy. When she told me how long it would take, I asked her to please put in my order ASAP. She said she would do it that day. 12 days later, she emailed me (not a call) and said the fabric was back-ordered and it would not be in until May. Wait? What? How did it take 12 days to tell me this? Her response, was that she doesn't come to work every day. She works part time. What did that have to do with anything? She was supposed to order when we got off the phone, last we spoke. She then said fabric should arrive to their warehouse mid- May, I would still need to wait 2 weeks to produce and ship, likely would be done in June. I purchased in January. I was looking at a 5 month transaction. I continued to call, and then the manager helped me. She said actually my fabric wasn't back-ordered and that Cathy did not contact the warehouse direct. She just read in the computer. Another, huh??? When I look up at my drapes, I don't see a product worth $5,000. I am so disappointed with how they look. They look like very average drapes. Like I could have purchased myself. The only difference is the valance. Which was not worth thousands and thousands extra. I completely regret this transaction. Wish I could have a do-over. I would NOT recommend Calico Fairfax, or Calico in general. Nor, would I waste my money on an average product at a premium price.
