I've dealt with several auto body repair shops over the years, and they've mostly been a hassle. However, my experience with Caliber Collision in Fairfax, Virginia, on Pickett Road was exceptional. The staff, both in person and on the phone, were always polite and pleasant. They were quick and efficient with the repairs, and their communication was outstanding. I always knew what was happening with my car, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Caliber Collision for their excellent service and professionalism. Keep up the great work and thank you for everything!

Adam, the GM, did an amazing job giving me an honest, second opinion on my recent purchase of a new used car. It was quoted by the dealership at $4,000+, and his team reviewed the damage and provided a more honest, competitive quote to resolve the repairs. I never write reviews, but I have to with this one because I’m truly happy with the service. Hands down the best place to get your car fixed. My Jeep was involved in a hit and run and the rear end was crushed and I also had a flat tire. My insurance gave me options of which collision place to take my vehicle and I chose Caliber Collision. They were very attentive to every question I had, and would consult with me and keep me on the loop about the progress with my vehicle. I was able to get my car back within 2.5 weeks and it looks brand new like it’s never been in an accident. Andrea, the employee was super nice and was able to provide me with answers to every question I had. I can’t say anything bad because they were just excellent. 10/10

I had a great experience at caliber collision. My insurance company has always been a pain for me to work with, but thanks to the professional service I'd received from caliber employees like Kaden; everything was sorted out for me and I didn't have to deal with any of the headache. It's a newer shop too so I was thrilled by the efficiency of the whole process. Nice people
