Sadly, I purchased a wall oven that took over 4 1/2 months to be installed and when it was it was loose. My salesperson never returned my calls and acted like he never received my emails. When the final part was installed 8 months after my oven was installed it wasn’t placed even to the naked eye. Very poor craftsmanship. I will never shop at the Fairfax store again. I am sad this happened as I was so excited about my new ($$) oven. Their products are quality, but my service and support was beyond terrible!!

Do NOT buy from this company. I would give zero to the service department. I have used this company for 20 years because they stood behind the products they sold. That is not the case any longer. I bought a new refrigerator and after 5 months of use it had issues. It has been inoperable for 6 months waiting for parts. No resolution has been offered. No manager ever calls back despite multiple escalation attempts. At one point, the service department informed me that a replacement was approved. A week later they inform me that they have no record of that approval. Just plane dismal management.

Walked in with my fiancé knowing exactly what we wanted however had questions about the difference between two size ranges. Got there the moment they opened… the associate who started to help us said he had to go answer a phone call. Two other associates stood talking to each other as if they could not be bothered. 30 minutes go by as we stand there waiting to be acknowledged. If a couple is going in to spend $50,000, some service would go a long way. We ended up leaving, if we did not say goodbye they would have never said a word to us. To the owners of this location… hire associates who care about the customers walking through your doors.

We bought a new oven from this location September 24. They delivered a broken oven to us October 1. Every single step to make this right has to go through corporate for approval which takes days.
It’s now October 15 and we still have a broken oven in our kitchen. The model we ordered is now on back order until November 5. All the alternatives we settled for are also on back order. The part to fix our brand new broken oven will take 2 weeks to order. And everything has to go through corporate for approval. Our salesman is doing his best but this whole fiasco has been incredibly time consuming and annoying. I’d almost rather have kept our old oven with the door that fell off when we opened it!
Corporate Bray & Scarff, you can do better. We paid higher prices than the big box stores expecting to have at least some good customer care. But going on three weeks with a brand new oven that cost thousands and will not warm is and having to wait days between responses is honestly unacceptable. I am usually pretty easygoing and easy to please, and this entire experience has made my blood boil. I will absolutely not recommend Bray & Scarff or ever use them again.

I’m new to the area with a new home that needs appliances for the kitchen. I was a walk-in customer. This place was a find! The staff, especially Richard, were excellent. Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and helpful. This is a one stop shop. They have design services. They sell and repair (if needed). They install and they take the old stuff away. So happy I found them!

My shopping experience was especially great at Bray & Scarff. We were waited on by Rodney, and the treatment by him was excellent. Very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. After shopping at several other stores, we came back and purchased our new stove at B&S.

My new fridge works fine. However. The wrong size was ordered by the manager. The replacement cost more. The installers damaged my walls. B&S promised to refund some of the money to cover the damage, that has not been done. There is dried insulation that leaked from material seams, and they don't seem to care much about that. Doors were not leveled.
Looking at floor models in multiple shops, you will only probably only see the nicest one of the lot.

If you can shop anywhere else you should.
Awful delivery and service teams. Gave me a 4-hour window when they would arrive then arrived outside of that window. Called the wrong number and claimed they “tried to contact me” but how can you contact someone if you call the wrong number? Regularly had trouble getting anyone on the phone, and when I did they were rude.
