Even though shopping malls aren't as common these days with everything online, I can't resist making a stop at Box Lunch when I do need to make a trip to Fair Oaks.If you're a Hello Kitty fan like me, you're gonna be in love. They have exclusives you won't find anywhere else. The recent Attack on Titan x Hello Kitty Collab was soooo cute.I love coming in cause things may not look as cute online, but once you see and touch them in person.. well it's dangerous for my wallet. Next time you're at Fair Oaks Mall, don't miss it!

It was my first time in this store. I found many diffent and popular items and collections such as anime, Pokémon, Disney famous characters. Some items seem to be exclusive as I didnt see it in any other place. However, checkout experience is not the best, as it might take way longer than you expect especially when items have no price ticket

Rude employee when I called the store a few days ago. I went to the store today and the employees were equally rude. I’ll continue giving my business elsewhere… Hot Topic staff is always welcoming and actually wants to help me find what I came for. Disappointing.
