They diagnosed and fixed my engine misfire problem by performing a camshaft and crankshaft relearn; and my car has been running smoothly ever since, and no more check engine light turning on. Absolutely the highest quality body and paint repair in the DMV!

After a guy backed into my wife's car in a parking garage, she was left with a big ugly dent on the rear panel. I took her car to Quality Auto Body because they have consistently provided EXCELLENT paint and body work for our cars for over 25 years. Chris kept me informed every day on the repair work and the car was ready right on time. I was impressed with Keon's excellent body work and the seamless blending of 14-year old paint with new paint. Just look at the photo -- the paint is like a mirror!

“Quality” Says it all!

Quality Auto Body completely re-painted my 1954 Chevrolet pickup and finished off the detail work on the four fenders I fabricated. This was a massive job – requiring the disassembly of the truck down to the frame – sanding and repairing all of the inevitable rust – then priming and painting everything – and re-assembling the hundreds of parts correctly.

Quality Auto Body has done all of the body and paint work on my cars and trucks over the years, so I knew that I would get top-quality work on my truck – and I was not disappointed! My truck was transformed (please see the photo) into a beautifully finished show truck and daily driver.

I drive the truck regularly and participate in car shows, so the quality of workmanship and materials must be rugged enough to withstand regular use, yet still maintain a "show quality" appearance. Chris Spencer and his crew excelled on all points.

Chris kept me informed as the transformation proceeded, sending me regular email updates with photos of the work. It was as close to being there in the shop as practical. When problems came up (on a 60+ year-old truck, you get your share of problems), Chris solved them all and even suggested some improvements to the custom mounting of the headlights and grill trim.

As you might expect, Quality Auto Body is a busy shop and you may need to wait a bit before you can get in. Don't despair. Chris and Joseph are straight forward about what jobs are in the queue and when they can get you in - and the wait is well worth it.

I would not go anywhere else for ultra-high quality auto body and paint work. I paid a very reasonable price for truly top-notch work - and that's a combination that is hard to find anywhere.”

“My service advisor was Kwan Chon, who has many years of experience in automobile repair and maintenance. Kwan was pleasant to me the first time that I called. He understood the part that I needed replaced and knew where to obtain it. He set a convenient appointment for me to stop by for service. When I arrived, I noticed that the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The competing Toyota dealerships told me that it would take one hour of work to remove the old part and install the the new part. But it seems that I was seated in the reception area for less than ten minutes when Kwan told me that the work was done! He provided me with an initial written quotation at my request and he honored it at the time I paid. My car is working just fine now. I returned a few days later and asked Kwan to educate me about the part that was replaced. He graciously answered all my questions and gave me advice on how to choose a trustworthy auto repair shop. “I’ve been a customer at the No. VA Auto Body for a long time and was always satisfied with the service and the repairs on all my vehicles. I recently had some bodily damage on my car due to a car accident. I was able to get a quick estimate with a technician who walked around the vehicle and explained what would need to be done. I was able to meet with an agent for my rental car and was able to drop off the car right at the shop as I picked up my car which was very convenient. They now have a website which allows me to check the status of repair which I thought was very nice and assuring. The repair took faster than I expected and everything looked great! Very satisfied as usual!”

“My car needed new paint after 23 years. Not just new paint but repair of many, many little things. Dominion Auto Body did a very fine job. Sadly, no good "before" picture, but here is "after". Their price was not the lowest bid, but I went with a mix of price and solid recommendations and am pleased with the result. I see some low reviews on the U-Haul service and want to note that I've rented U-Hauls here twice with no issues. They even warned me that there were cheaper places to buy certain moving supplies than from them. The bad reviews center on the U-Haul website having inaccurate information; that is not necessarily the fault of Dominion.Services: Painting”

“I have taken my car to Northern Virginia Autobody on multiple occasions for a gash in the door, a large scratch on the side and most recently for rear damage due to being hit from the back.

Each time the process has been efficient and the repairs excellent. They explain everything in detail and are happy to answer any questions and address any concerns. They are an approved Autobody shop by several major insurances and therefore it is a streamlined and easy process for claims.

Getting the rental car was very easy since they collaborate directly with Enterprise. I am extremely happy with their service.”
