My X4 got keyed on the passenger side door. Took it to BMW’s Body Shop and they not only repaired the door in less time than predicted, but also repainted other small nicks, Karl kept me apprised of every stage and the body shop guys even detailed the interior. Ryan at the body shop was very effective, thoughtful and professional. He corresponded with me via email updating me on the precess/progress of my car’s financial (with my Insurance agency) and body work. I give Ryan A+ for the manner he has handled the overall of the repair of my car. Thank you!
