The one positive thing I can say is that BJs is cheap. But you get what you pay for. My car needed 4 new tires. That was done. Then got in a small accident and one of the tires needed to be replaced. BJs replaced the tire in the exact same spot (front passenger) instead of putting it on the back like they're supposed to and didn't bother with aligning it - which it says they're supposed to do. Three days after said minor accident, we ended up taking our car to Mr. Tire down the road and they had to rotate and realign the tires since BJs messed it up so badly.Fast forward to this now. We took the car in because of the tires had a nail in it. We brought the car in on Monday morning and BJs said they may have time to look at it, but made an appointment for Thursday at 530pm just in case. Thursday night we hadn't heard anything, so we called BJs and they said it had been done since Monday. But didn't bother calling us!!!We got the car back and made another appointment with Mr. Tire to take care of the normal car stuff (oil change + check engine light was on). Turns out, because of what BJs did when we had to replace the original tires and didn't rotate align it properly we have to buy ANOTHER new set of 2 tires. For the record, we JUST replaced the tires 4 months ago. We're having Mr. Tire just take care of it because they're great (see my review on them) and we're just DONE DONE DONE with BJs. Their tire center is literally THE WORST. Highly recommend avoiding and just finding a decent, honest mechanic. As I mentioned, check out my review on Mr. Tire because they're actually great.

I had a 10:30am appointment and they were backed up and doubled booked. I agreed to come back at 3pm when there were more technicians to help. When I got there at 3pm, they were still backed up and explained I could leave it for an hour and half, they will call me and let me know if they can do the repairs. I wasted a whole day, they didn’t care about my time and wasn’t very friendly in trying to work with me even after I came back 5 hours later because they were doubled booked.

the staf so rude and they guve out the discount if you have the coupon! but they don't give you the couple book! they said dowload the app and everything on that ! but after check they don't have the one you need! just stuck! never come back! that why costco alway busy!

I came in to the store during the rush (2hrs before closing) and Aubrey, the tire expert/technician, went above and beyond by ensuring I ordered the right tires. He patiently walking me through the steps to order them and helping me find the correct tire sizes and type. Above all, I was impressed with how Aubrey operated during the busy rush. He worked fast while remaining calm. Also, he was respectful and made sure to meet each one of our different needs. He makes coming to the store inviting and reassures that our cars are in good hands. You have a wonderful addition to your team!

The tire services has gone from awesome to simply terrible. I need to get a tire repair done and after no answers for over an hour of calling I decided to go in person. After sitting around for 28 minutes a person magically appeared. He then told me that I needed to make an appointment for any services. And the next available time slot was 3:30pm THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY!!! I'm unsure how they justify a tire repair to be scheduled later on of the next business day, but I digress. The person (not worth putting his name here) working is very apathetic. He is so apathetic he just said "I'll get the manager up here for you" picked up the phone and mumbled some words that was inaudible, hung up the phone and said "the manager will be right up". Here I am 20minutes later writing this review and no manager or any person from BJs for that matter in sight. Been sitting in the Tire Center now for just under an hour and majority of that all by myself. Might want to do yourself a favor and stay away from BJs Tire in Fairfax until something drastically changes there.

Great customer service and the replaced my tires quickly. One of their mechanics even called me 2 hours before my appointment to let me know I could come in early.

Make Believe Agreed Delivery Time. Make no assumption that the agreed to delivery time period will be honored !! Does a delivery arriving FIVE HOURS EARLY at 7:56 AM meet customer expectations ?! The agreed time was 1:00-5:00 PM.Why does BJ's even bother sending out a delivery time confirmation communication ?! Can that delivery truck crew read and understand the daily delivery schedule. Do they give a damn ?BJ's, you failed with this delivery.

Sadly, my first online order after joining BJ's was a disaster. The TV price dropped the next day by $300. It hadn't even shipped yet. I called customer support to request that they reduce the price I paid and refund the difference. Customer service informed me that the purchase would be reviewed in 7 days and i'd be notified of the decision. They said I could possibly cancel the order, wait for my refund and then reorder it at lower price or wait for decision. In either case I wouldn't see my money back for quite some time. Ultimately I am left waiting for the decision while the item ships (hopefully). I will cancel my membership and never consider BJ's as an alternative to COSTCO. BJ's sucks compared to COSTCO.

Went to BJ's for a little bit of shopping today! Not too many people which was great! The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the fresh salsa. There were containers which had already expired in November still on the shelf. That's not good. However they had plenty of other items in stock. The App is great resource to have while in the store! Parking was fine!

Been a BJs member since 2009 but this is the first time I have bought tires and had them installed. My usual service department failed me. A competitor was overbooked during my appointment time. BJ’s Technicians were ready and the service bay was free at my appointment time! Great service. Friendly staff. Fast. The online ordering and appointment scheduling tool was easy to use. Highly recommend Fair Lakes location. Will come here for tire servicing in the future. Thank you!

Lack of resources. Only one person is working. I gave my flat tire for repair 4 days before and till waiting for it. I went to twice in person, he said will call me when it is ready. Prices are less when compare to other store but poor services and responses. No one pick our phone calls. BJ's management please response customers grievances and make us satisfy.Thanks.

When I was change my four tire after one day later my tpms light was on, I visited them they suggested me if you change all 4 sensors that will be better , we don’t do order that you can order and bring here we do check , I was follow same way they checked scanner red sensors and they fixed my appointment. I left my car they changed it but light was still on again they invite me for another day in that day to, they couldn’t fix it after a moment they told me that unfortunately we couldn’t do fix it pls visit other tire companies might be they can. I went another company they fixed it and charged me almost $700 . My question is that if you can’t why you didn’t suggest me before visit for other places ? If that happened I was save my money and time. Thanks!!!

Hands down the worst customer service possible. For 2 weeks kept trying to call the tire center to get an appointment. No one **ever** picks up the phone or responds to voice mail. Drove in, there was only one person who was working on a car, so I had to wait another 30+ mins to talk to a person to get an appointment. They may have good prices on tires but the crappy / non existent customer service trumps. Costco it is from next year.
