Store carried wide range of models most of them to our liking. Cindy and Ken have been easy to work with. They helped us zero in on the furniture that we liked. The process has been very smooth.

They have a large selection to see on the showroom floor. It helps a lot to simply see and sit on the sofa before you buy it. We were very pleased with our order. Sarah helped us with selecting colors and she knew all of the options. What a big help! Our order arrived earlier than the estimate. We couldn’t be happier.

My father in law, now 96, bought a Stressless chair and ottoman from Bif about 25 years ago and he loves it. Has used it virtually every day since he bought it (he's an avid reader and loves to listen to his music relaxing in the chair), and recently the ottoman broke - the base separated from the foot/leg-rest upper portion. At 96 years old, a real problem! I checked Bif's website and saw that they have repair services, so today we brought the piece in to see what might be done, fearing the worst that we'd have to buy a replacement. We were greeted by Jamie, who was so incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we met her. My wife explained what was going on, and Jamie looked at the piece then quickly got two repair/servicemen to take a look. We'd forgotten to bring some of the pieces with us, but Jamie and the two servicemen literally took an ottoman from the floor apart to show us how to put all back together! It turns out that we were missing one key item, a locking piece for one side of the base. Jamie indicated that she could order one for us, but then she asked one of the service guys if he could find one in the shop. He couldn't, so she looked somewhere else and found one! My wife asked her how much the part was, and she didn't even charge us! Since we hadn't brought the other needed pieces (the service guys would have fixed it for us if we had), she reassured us that if we had any problems when we got home, to simply bring everything back and she'd have it done for us! Well, we got home and following the helpful instructions that the service guys gave us (step by step - remember they'd literally taken an ottoman apart on the showroom floor to show us!) we fixed the ottoman in minutes and my father in law is thrilled. Can't thank Jamie and her team enough. Awesome service and assistance - thank you!

BIF furniture has such beautiful pieces. Driss helped us with our purchase and insured everything went smoothly. He provided excellent service and followed up with us to ensure we were happy with our bedroom set. I highly recommend him.

I wanna say BIF furniture store is standing alone among all other stores, their furniture are wonderful and looks beautiful and different, you can find there all what you are looking for, i got my bedroom from here , it’s amazing and with great price, just go look for Cindy , she is very helpful and informative, recommend this place to everyone hands down

The store in Fairfax is soooo huge. They have dozens of options for any room you need furniture for. Beautiful styles in various price ranges. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful . Nicely laid out so you can visualize how a piece will work in your room. Staff allows plenty of time for you to make comparisons. The store is determined to give you a competitive price. Don’t buy any place else until you have visited this store.

We've bought a few things from BIF over the years. Several months ago we ordered a sectional and patiently waited. Once it arrived and was in our living room it just wasn't a good fit for a few reasons. Sarah was understanding and she helped us resolve the situation. While she could have done nothing, she stepped up. We look forward to working with her and Bif again and are very happy with the outcome. Only thing I would change is their silly pricing where you ask and get the discount. Why not just show the real price?
