Alex and the team he had working on our house were great. Honesty, integrity and customer satisfaction are clearly high on their list. We were around (living/working in the house) for most of the reno that involved our kitchen, family room, an entrance hall, a "mudroom" space, and a powder-room bath. I often consulted with them as work progressed to see how we could make things exactly right. They were very responsive and followed up on everything. They were happy to take our "game-time" requests and sometimes their suggestions saved us from our own inexperience. I thought they were fair about what was an included adjustment and what would require a change-order. Additionally, they finished ahead of schedule. Scheduling was smooth with very little downtime. Something was happening every day and we were back in our new kitchen ahead of the holidays.

We partnered with Bianco to add-on to our Falls Church house, as well renovate a good deal of the remaining exterior and add a bathroom. There were clearly some struggles with labor supply that impacted the timeline and the availability of consistent day-to-day work, but what I think you want in a partnership of this magnitude is someone that can manage through the adversity and do so with minimal impact to pricing. While I think communication could have been better on occasion, we’re pleased with the results and the grit Alex showed throughout the process.Services: Home renovations

My wife and I bought a house in 2021 and set out on finding a contractor to finish our basement and re-do the master bathroom. We interviewed several contractors but felt the most comfortable with Bianco Renovations. Alex and his team were amazing to work with. They were professional, easy to get a long with, and did an amazing job. We absolutely love how everything turned out in the end. Big shout out to Alex, Juan, and Eli on the incredible job they did. I highly recommend Bianco for any home renovation project. They recently remodeled the kitchen in our 1969 Vienna,VA house and surpassed our expectations. We had a wall taken down to open our kitchen to our dining room, rearranged our laundry situation, and pulled hardwood floors into the kitchen to match the original hardwood floor in the rest of the house. They were very easy to communicate with, paid close attention to detail (closer than me), came in at budget (never charged us for unexpected complications), and finished a week early.

We hired Bianco to create a master suite for us and couldn’t have been happier with the results! We generally dread working with contractors due to lack of communication and the number of unforeseen costs that can pop up, but our experience with Bianco was quite the opposite. Alex was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, often responding within 30 minutes. He and his father, Tito, were incredibly detail oriented and accepted nothing that was subpar. They often found things that we had not spotted ourselves and fixed them when others likely would not have. In addition to all this, we found that Bianco was very fairly priced. We would ABSOLUTELY work with them again and highly recommend their services for anyone looking to do renovations.

We recently completed a multi-level addition/renovation of our 1940s home. We selected Bianco Renovations after going out to bid to several builders based on the detailed proposal and competitive pricing. Once the project started, Alex and his team were easy to reach, responsive to our questions, and provided good insights that helped us navigate all the decision-making. Additionally, Bianco Renovations provided high-quality craftsmanship. They were committed to helping us stay true to the look and feel of the original house (which was extremely important to us). Our new space has a seamless transition between the old house and new construction. They made the entire process stress-free. We love coming home and have great space to enjoy life and entertain. I highly recommend Bianco Renovations! They remodeled my kitchen, master bedroom, and master bath. I've never seen such high quality remodeling in such a short amount of time. Alex would always respond to my calls right away and would email me all the information so I never felt lost or unsure during the whole process. Such a great team!

We just have our bathrooms,kitchen top and wood floor remodeling, they did a fantastic job!
Alex and kathy with their crew were polite and professional. They work hard and completed the job in a timely manner.

I am very pleased with my new kitchen. Alex and crew did a great job! Alex carefully listened and accommodated what I wanted for my kitchen. I wanted a wall taken down to give an open space look. Alex made sure that it is up to code and have the structural, plumbing and electrical work inspected by the county. I feel secured that my kitchen is up to county code and safe. There was a little delay in the construction due to the original plaster work done on the ceiling which required the Bianco crew to do over and over again the plastering and sanding. This indicates their commitment to excellence. The crew are polite, pleasant and very experienced at what they do. Pricing of the renovation work is reasonable as well as the allowances for the fixtures and countertop. I was able to select the type and style of faucets, sink, lighting, and countertop that I really want without going over budget. I am very happy with the results of the renovation.

We just competed a four-month expansion/renovation project with Bianco Renovations LLC. Alex and his team were absolute professionals going above and beyond the call of duty to not only deliver on time but to deliver beyond our expectations. The final delivery is a true testament to the extensive knowledge and experience that Alex and his hand-selected team members possess. Given the scope of our work, we interviewed several contractors (all of whom were referrals) but ended up using Bianco based on our interview and the positive reviews they had received. I must say that Alex and his team live up to the positive reviews and more importantly, what sets them apart from the rest is their ease in communication, meticulous attention to details and their ability to work with clients both on budget as well as the many details involved in construction to deliver on time. For our family, keeping in mind the long duration of this project, being able to work with the team with ease and being able to have complete trust is what made the difference. We are extremely grateful to each and every member of the Bianco team who has given us an amazing dwelling. We could not be happier and highly recommend their services.
