I whent there I buy a car at the end they make my sign all the documents very fast and I don’t notice until I come home that I buy a a car AS IT IS
The second day I start the car and engine light come on so I call them they told me to go back to the store and they noticed that the front shotter for was not working. So what they did (they erede the code but the problem still there and they told me that they will take care in few days
The third day I started the car and the ac not working so I go back and they told me that they will take care
The 4 day I start the car and there is an issue with the passenger safety seat belts so I go back and they told that they will take care and agai they bypass the code
After all of this problem they told me that since I buy a gap insurance to don’t worry and explain to the insurance the problem
In the middle time I have a VA temporary tag and I’m waiting for my WASHINGTON DC TAG
GESS WAT
THE GIVE TO ME AFTER 20 day VA PERMANENT TAG
I CALL THEM END CONTACT THEM ABOUT THE TAG PROBLEM THEY IGNORE ME
ALL OF THIS EXPENSIVE ARE IN THE PACKAGE LOAN
SO MY QUESTION IS
WHOS GOING TO PAY FOR MY DC TAX REGISTRATION TAG TITLE ECCC I NEED HELP
PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE
THE DONT POST ON THE CAR WINDOW BUY AS IT IS THAT IS THERE TRICK TO GET YOU SIGNED FASTER AND THEY TALK TO YOU SO YOU GET CONFUSED
THE REASON I BUY THE CAR IS BECAUSE I START A JOB AT THE HOSPITAL SO I WAS SO HAPPY FOR A NEW JOB BUT GESS WHAT I WAS SO STRESSED THAT I RESIGNED THE JOB
IM VERY SEEK NOW AND I HAVE TO PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT I THINK WAS SCAMMED WORD
NOW IN ORDER TO DONT MAKE MY CREDIT BUD I HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER JOB AND IN THE MIDDLE OF ALL OF THIS I GET HEART ATTACK

I purchased my 2014 M5 from this dealer back in March 2024. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PLATES. This dealership has been neglecting my request to get me my car plates. I have been calling them over 100 times to try to get this done. When my temporary plates are about to expire, they take forever to issue the renewal on the temp plates. This is the worst buying experience I have ever encountered. I always was skeptical of buying from a 3rd party dealership, but this experience will be the first and last time I do business with a 3rd party dealership. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
UPDATE: James, the owner, took care of the situation. I now have my plates. Thanks James for the quick fix.

Edwin took care of me, made the buying process quick and easy, was very transparent, and even went the extra mile to help me with little things I needed after the transaction was complete. I would recommend ABS, and will use their services for future purchases.

Went there the other day to buy a Subaru BRZ, and it went pretty well i must say.
My man Edwin got me hooked up with a good deal and took care of the process smoothly.
They even offered me and my family Tacobell, so I can’t really complain.
5/5 would recommend
