This location charges for services you haven't requested. They charged me for insurance and I didn't even get a device from them, just added a third line to my account. When I got my second line they had added some extra charges as well.

Completely shady. Would avoid at all cost. They accepted terms and conditions on our behalf without telling us. They ported over a number without sharing any monthly fees or discussing any plan details. Then showed us a prices of $290 a month and said that wasn’t really what we would pay per month. However they couldn’t tell us what we would be paying and said they couldn’t cancel the transaction they had already agreed to. We signed nothing, clicked nothing not sure what shady business they are running here. This is not an official AT&T corporate store. Avoid.

Very bad customer service experience, the guy name was Jonathan but he told me his name was Jason, very childish person. No customer service at all, very rude, ignorant, doesn’t even know how to do his job properly and he even called me names. I was very disappointed cause i’ve been with AT&T for years now and to be treated this way was horrible. Whoever hiring these clowns are not doing their job properly.

You have to get better coverage sign in the door says “at lunch will return at 4:10” it’s 4:22 still no one here left and returned at 5:45 stillNo One here it’s now 5:15 STILL NO ONE HERE!

I came to upgrade my iPhone and "JASON" helped me with all the process, made everything easy for me. He did everything for me. Great customer service. He was kind and very knowledgeable, attentive. Now I'm super happy with new iPhone.

A zero star rating if I could but choosing a one star rating since it is the lowest. Worst customer service ever. Black guy working in the store immediately walked to the back of the store once my boyfriend and I came in. Didn’t even bother to help or ask if he could help. Came back out probably fifteen minutes later and still didn’t bother to say anything. Awful and poor display of professionalism shown by a store employee.
