There was some guy named Anthony there that quickly made contact with me as I walked into the store. I was hesitant to ask about the service outage ... but as soon as I did and I explained that my service was still not working he was persistent in solving my problem and he even went out of his way to make sure my AT&T account was working well and found an issue where I was being overcharged and fixed it! He was quick to resolve my issue and fixed more than I thought I needed. I really appreciate him and other workers just like him. He was also fairly patient while I was figuring out all of the issues I had finding my personal information... thank you for the great service. 10/10 Will be there again soon.

I came in having issues with my phone and the staff was incredible! Fixed my issue right away and helped guide me through the process. I will definitely come to this location if I need assistance in the future.

This store is amazing!! As soon as I walked in Bryant welcomed me and my family in. Listen to what we came in for. Then help us out didn’t even know he was the manger until he was helping us & then Marcela finished off the transaction.Smooth transition great team! Left very pleased!

Please do NOT go to this store.If I could leave a zero start I would’veI didn’t have a smooth experience at this location. I had to go there a few times, to solve a problem, and even at the end the problem wasn’t solve the way I want it. Every time, I went there different sales person told me different things. Some of them didn’t have accurate information and gave us wrong information.I wanted to upgrade two phones, the sales people didn’t tell us exactly how much do we have to pay on the upgraded phones. Our bill ended up more than what I expected.

Thank you Seth for an outstanding and exceptional customer service we received! He is knowledgeable, courteous, and fast with all the services we need. If you ever need services in ATT Fairoaks mall, ask for Seth! Even my kids noticed how nice and supportive he was. That says a lot. Thanks again Seth for your excellent service ?

Great store with great customer service experience. Manager is very nice, easy going and friendly. He will win your heart to buy believe me. Alan is awesome and helpful. Please go there. You will not even feel the time going.

Sean B. took care of us and it was excellent service. We didn't have a wait. He was very knowledgeable. Explained everything without us having to ask. Thank you Sean B. I wish there were more Sean B's in the retail world. His customer service is A-1 in my book! ??? ? ??

The overall experience was incredible honestly the best customer service My wife and I have ever received anywhere. Service like this reminds us of why we chose AT&T in the first place everyone is always so welcoming and friendly they are always very knowledgeable and full capable of not only answering all our questions but making sure we 1) get exactly what we need and 2) not over paying for it. I could go on and on but it would be more of the same: Great Staff, Great service, Great satisfaction.

Brief background, Ive hade AT&T for ~ 15 years, 2 countries, and 11 lines at max. There is honestly too much to unpack about the customer service at this store. My initial interaction was perfect. I mean. I ordered a phone for online pickup, that they sold before I arrived. But the store manager went to another store to get me another the same day.....but afterwards, that's when they customer service went down. From accusing me of being hostile when Im nearly whispering, store employees stating detailed managers medical issues, misrepresenting trade-ins values, employees representing themselves as the manager, not properly crediting account as promised.....the list is ridiculous. This place reminds me of Dave Chapelles "Pop Copy" skit. It's a shame because I love AT&T, I pulled my parents and inlaws on the account, and kept it going the 4 years I lived in Germany so I could maintain my number. I honestly conteplated leaving AT&T and going to verizon just because of my service at this store. I cant explain it, but online customer service is amazing. AT&T should just close this location or have it as a pick-up only store. . .but somehow, the manager and select staff, not all, will somehow muck that up as well.

I had a very bad experience with AT&T customer care department. No one could help me to solve it (hours on the phone and 3 visits to AT&T stores), however Alan “the store manager” was so patient and he tried his best to help me, and he did. Highly appreciate his help and his kindness. This is the required attitude and approach that customers need.

Alan & the rest of the team helped me out with my account and activating my wife’s new device with transferring the old prepaid phone number to a new plan and device. Alan the store manager took his time to fix the problem I’ve been trying to correct from a different store for several days! he told me not to worry, he contacted the other store himself and helped me resolve the problem, helping me avoid the initial store that caused my billing problem! Customer service is very important and I was amazed that Alan went above and beyond to help me through this big headache of a problem! When I get another phone for myself, I will 100 percent come back here! Thanks Alan!
