Camp Washington att is the only one I go to. These guys are knowledgeable friendly and eager to help.not once have I had a rude ‘know it all’ encounter but everyone there did know thier products, services and prices. Can’t say too much more than what has already been said in other comments so I’ll leave it with one last comment if you’re looking for a good phone service and att store ‘DO NOT’ overlook this particular att store. Great job guys.

If I could give a 0 star I will. This is the worst Att store I have ever been. From store employee and manager have no clue what customer service is, called me fraudulent when Im returning a trade in device with my pregnant wife, In person with ID in hand. The manager is even worse and trying to debate with me with terrible alcohol smells come out of his mouth. Att really needs elevating their hiring standards, those people don't deserve a job at all.

Michael is the epitome of great customer service & went above and beyond his core responsibility to assist in adjustments to my service. After a few poor experiences at other locations I now have two reasons to keep coming back to this location. If you want knowledge & efficient assistance then he's your man!

Michael, rep was helpful in resolving major reason at store. He did not have in depth knowledge of iphone to address secondary issue. Appreciated his efforts

I will rate it 6 out of 5! The entire team, each and every time I visited and each person is very very helpful and friendly. Hard to find such a great team! Great leadership and great teamwork!

A heartfelt thank you to Michael and Allan - the best AT&T representatives ever!!! While travelling overseas, I was pick pocketed and had my iPhone stolen out of my jacket (which I was wearing) in London. I stopped by the store and Allan helped me navigate Asurion to help order a replacement. He also advised me on contacting Apple since I forgot my password.Once I received my replacement, I returned to the store and Allan set up the new phone (even remembered my name). Meanwhile, - Michael stepped in to assist me with picking a new phone case, pop socket and screen protector. Michael patiently listened and without a beat helped me find a more "girlie" design.While having my iPhone stolen was traumatic in a foreign country, Allan and Michael smoothed the way and made getting a new phone fully setup seamless and speedy. Hats off to both gentlemen! p.s. 10+ star rating!!!

The store manager here is a scammer!!! He lied and told me about a promotion that ended up increasing my bill significantly when he told me he could lower my bill. Not an honest business. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this location to save yourself time and energy.

Had the worst experience with these guys I am a older gentleman looking to inquiry about my account the reps here are useless and when asked about several questions about the acct they direct me to customer service which could have been resolved in a matter of minutes I was giving them the upmost respect I only hope upper management looks at this and fixes the issue thinking of moving to another provider honestly after 10 years with this company I’m not pleased

Terrible experience. These guys do not have enough knowledge. I was using a prepaid number and wanted to convert to postpaid number but the store guys straight away told me that it wouldn't be possible and the only solution will be to port to Verizon postpaid and then port back to AT&T postpaid. Clearly they did not know how it's done and have been giving many international students the same wrong info. I'm never going again to this store.
