The owner fixed my lamps the same day; however, I had a problem with the lamp not working. Again, when I took it back, he fixed everything on the same day. Would recommend this business and staff to others. Excellent work and very friendly staff and expertise in their craft.

Brought my 1930's floor lamp in to have the switch assemble replaced. Brought it in on a Saturday and was told it would be ready any day after Monday. Came in after Monday and there it was. Works perfectly. Great service and the owner definitely knows what he is doing. I also spoke to the repairmen and they were very friendly. Lots of amazing lamps there and ceramic shades if lamps are your thing. This will be my go to lamp store and repair service .

Absolutely wonderful! I had a short in an outside lamp. Took it to him and he fixed it in no time, and then wouldn't charge me! The showroom is filled with amazing lamps, chandeliers, and other assorted period pieces. A museum would be proud to have his inventory!

Made my day with their Honesty!!! I had been told by "an electrician " that my lamp needed rewiring. Brought it in, and it was fine. I was not even charged for checking it.

I cannot recommend this establishment more highly. I have a nice chandelier that needed repair - or so I thought. I took it in to Artisan Lamp in Fairfax and left it with Cyrus. After a short time Cyrus let me know the light was functioning properly. When I picked it up the charge for the checking the light was $0. I persisted and Cyrus refused to take any payment for the checkup. He then carried the chandelier to my car. I brought the light home, installed it and it's working fine.It is refreshing to know that there are businesses out there such as this. Artisan Lamp is a small business. Cyrus is all about customer service and providing that service at a fair price. If you have a need for this type of work look no further - Artisan Lamp is the place to go.
