My friends and I needed to design and 3D print a prototype for an important investor demo on very short notice. Frank from Archematerial exceeded our expectations with outstanding service. Despite the tight timeframe, he completed the print the same day we sent the CAD files. Frank went above and beyond by removing all supports, even though it was his day off. He also accommodated our schedule, allowing us to pick up the print late into the night. The quality and speed of Archematerial's service were exceptional, and we highly recommend them for any 3D printing needs.

I needed something 3d printed as soon as possible without paying ridiculous shipping fees or sky high prices. I found Archematerial and called to inquire about their services, and was immediately connected to a helpful team member who walked me through the process and gave me concrete estimates about the price and turn around times. Within 2 days I had my item in hand, which was extraordinary given that every other company out there could promise 1-2 weeks at the earliest! This company excels at things that are sadly missing from most companies. They answer the phone promptly, they respond to emails quickly, and they work well with customers to ensure that things go smoothly and that everyone is on the same page. Prices seem fair, though 3D printing in general is not cheap. I can certainly recommend this company.

Archematerial is AMAZING! Their customer service is well above average, even when I was having trouble with placing my order. I needed a last-minute present for my dad’s birthday, and I decided to create a 3D design of a star-wars themed case, but I had nowhere to print it. Luckily Archematerial was close-by, and within a day it was ready and in high quality! I’d definitely recommend Archematerial to my friends, and anybody who needs a 3D project printed!
