I bought the Air Pod Pro 2 and only used it for a few months. The call function did not work. I called Apple Support and they told me to take it to any Apple store and the customer service would help me solve it. My appointment was at 3:10PM on 4/16. The customer service staff who received me did not care about my request at all. They only told me that the earphones were fine after testing. If I wanted further testing, I would have to leave the Air Pod here for two days to know the result. I feel that this is not customer service at all. My request was not solved at all. I am deeply disappointed with the customer service quality of this store. I will not come again.

Worst store ever sold us a dead watch and not the right model plus the wrong color band even though we showed them exactly what we wanted. Also overheard the manager telling an elderly couple that they might as well just throw their phones in the dumpster... DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I walked in and set appoitment with them for airpods fixing. They said wait time around 30 minutes. So I waited for 40 minutes. No texting from them. So I went in to check what was going on. They said they don’t know why I didn’t the call. So the only option they offered me was getting a new appointment and wait for another hour ! No way I’m waiting another hour. So I just went home angry and time wasted.

This has got to be the single worst experience I’ve ever had at an Apple Store with an employee. He was exceptionally rude, haughty, and treated us as if we were stupid. I don’t believe he realized what was going on with the sale at all as he was too busy trying to act like he was in charge.I was helping my parents shop for 2 iPhones and they were disgruntled over the new policy regarding not being able to purchase phones on a plan unless you were on one of the 3 major US carriers.While voicing that concern, this employee, who wasn’t even servicing us, took the opportunity to interject and proceeded to treat us as if we were stupid. I’ve never encountered someone so incapable of understanding the basic nuance of what was occurring during a social situation. It surprises me that someone like that was even in a “sales” position.He wanted to assert himself because we were unhappy about a new policy so he proceeded to do so in the worst possible way. It was absolutely ridiculous how he treated us. For some absurd reason, he took us not being happy regarding a new policy as a personal affront and proceeded to attack us.

Avoid this location if you are an African American. They are racist and will make you wait longer than white people. You come last. They will literally leave the middle of your session to help white people. I walked out because of the disrespect. I will never go to this location again.

When I brought my defective AirPods that were under warranty to this store I felt like I was a bother to them. The guy that helped me and sorry I don’t have his name was aloof and rude. Not at all like this store used to be. I will try they Tyson’s store before I go back to Fair Oaks. Bad energy.

What a hassle with the sales people. My imax needs replaced. Okay give me a new one the highest priced all in one iMac Sir what is the serial number of your old one? Don’t know doesn’t matter. I’m buying a new one. Representative has to go to a manager to find out the next step since I don’t know my serial number to my old iMac. I’m not trading it in or anything. Just sell me a new one. Representative comes back okay what iMac would you like. The highest one you got in stock. Sir which iMac do you want. So I pointed that one. He goes off to ask his manager again another question about my old Mac. Incompetence.
