“I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here with the staff. For example, on Friday evening I submitted a service request for my sink thinking they will get to it on Monday. About 30 minutes after I submitted the request, Michael called me from home to get information and to set up a time to come fix it. We discussed it and he said he would come by around 10:00 the following morning. He was punctual and not only fixed the sink, he corrected a problem with the hot and cold settings we weren't aware of. Michael was very friendly and professional and kept us well informed throughout the process. And, contrary to what one whiner wrote below, we were never once asked to submit a 5-star review. This review is 100% self-initiated.

The front office staff has always been friendly and professional as well. We have never had anything but positive interactions and patience from them when dealing with my dumb questions. I have lived in 6 or 7 apartment complexes and can honestly say Camden has been the best one by far.

As for the one-star reviewers... well, I promised my wife to keep this positive, but you probably know what you can do with your silly reviews.”

“My wife and I have lived here at Prosperity Flats the past 18 months, and we recently extended our lease. Huge shout out to Josh who works the front desk. Amazing man and goes above and beyond to help in anyway he can. Everyone who lives here knows Josh and appreciates the work that he does. Overall we love it here!

“I’m pretty sure this is the best apartment all around in this area… everything is perfect and they got even more on top of that. Speakers in the wall? Waterfall noises to fall asleep/wake up to when relaxing with the windows open, food trucks pulling up right out front, indoor basketball court… I could go on and on.”

“I am so grateful to Maria for her great help in signing the contract for this place. Last week I visited Virginia and was preparing to move here from Texas.

Maria was very friendly and professional, giving me a tour of all the places and answering any questions I had.
Finding an apartment and signing a contract in such a short period of time was difficult and stressful, but with her help, I was able to get everything done in just a few hours.

She told me what kind of supermarkets were nearby and gave me a lot of recommendations as it was my first time living here.

Although I couldn't see the unit I wanted to sign a contract with in person because it was under repair, I trusted the explanations and answers and signed a contract.

Even after signing the contract and returning to Texas, she helped me remotely sign up for insurance, everything I needed to prepare, and helped me change my move-in date and plan my move.

And I moved in today, later than expected, and was satisfied with everything when I visited the unit with her. I would like to thank her again from the bottom of my heart for recommending this great place to me.
