I used to LOVE anthropologie clothes and would get many things from here every year. Since a couple of years ago, I feel that their quality of their clothing has gone down. I know they are going now for a different direction in demo and their clothing are very targeted towards that direction, however they can still maintain the quality of fabric and craftsmanship. I love the style and colors and the boldness, but the quality is not forcing me to shop somewhere else.

Visited the Mosiac store today and wanted to purchase the strapless textured knit slip midi dress in orange. However, I was unable to do so because the customer service team would not take the small off of the entry display. They looked at possibly doing it, but decided against it. I’m wondering if one of the store employees had it on hold. Unbelievable - lazy- and lost a sale.

Staff was extremely professional and courteous. The store was well stocked and the displays were beautiful.

Went in and found some things I wanted to purchase but the line was long and the staff was moving slow. Left the items. Impulse buying only works when you can check out quickly.

I recently visited the Mosaic location with my mom, and unfortunately, our experience with the customer service was extremely disappointing. Instead of approaching us to offer assistance, there was a lady employee who seemed to be following us around, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We ultimately chose not to shop there because of this unsettling behavior. After reading other reviews, it's clear that we weren't the only ones who experienced this issue. I'm not sure if it's related to race, but regardless, the manager needs to address the inappropriate behavior of their retail staff.

Despite the parking hassle. Foot traffic. It is a joy to have one in Merrifield. Makes me feel like I am in an upscale area. Lol..Anthro knows they have me in mind. I always score goodies.

The service was pretty terrible but the selection was great. I've been shopping at Anthropologie for almost a decade as we have moved state to state and this honestly is the worst service I've seen at a store. I had an entire arm full of items and had to approach the fitting room before anyone offered to start a room for me. Multiple employees passed me and completely disregarded me. They paid quite a bit of attention to older customers but it seemed like if you're in the 20/30 age group you may just be out of luck.Once I tried items on I wasn't checked on at all. I had numerous pieces I plan on purchasing online in different sizes because I just gave up trying to find them on my own.I even came out and discussed an item with my husband and employees just chatted amongst themselves while I waited to try and ask an opinion of them. Needless to say, I didn't get that piece.Anthropologie has a devoted customer base and normally their staff goes out of the way to provide stellar service to their clients. I planned on buying an entire vacation wardrobe that day and was excited to actually try on pieces first. This store carelessly lost those sales to other Anthro sources.
