Donated blood at this location for the first time. The staff were competent and compassionate. I’m grateful for all those work there.

I’ve come to this center a few times and no matter what time your appointment is or when you arrive, you have to wait for ever.It’s super disappointing and discouraging. They should be more organized so donors are encouraged to come back.

Consistently understaffed and unable to honor appointments. Don’t bother donating blood here. Inova blood donation center is much more professional and efficient.
