We've been with All Friends Pet care for so long now that we couldn't even think about considering any other service. They are compassionate, caring, focused, reliable, and truly give us confidence that our fur babies are in the best hands possible whenever we need them.

Beware of this company’s policy on the NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. I used All Friends Pet Care one time before COVID hit. My one experience was good, but my second reservation cost me $396 for a cancellation made five weeks in advance. I made a reservation with All Friends Pet Care in April 2021 for Dec 11-23, 2021 vacation, which I had to cancel on Nov 4 due to my cruise getting cancelled. The 50% deposit was entirely non-refundable due to their non-refund policy which states: ***Please note our reservation policy: ALL reservations totaling $200 or more will be charged a non-refundable deposit equaling 50% of the job total in order to confirm the reservation.***I submitted a complaint and Pam, one of the owners, called to tell me they are a small business, and this is what they have to do to stay in business. I also learned that All Friends Pet Care paid the pet sitter for the reservation even though it was cancelled over a month in advance and probably was backfilled with a new reservation. Perhaps this is creating their financial issues. I appreciate what it takes to be a small business, but this policy is excessive when compared to the competition and has cost them what would have been a repeat client. I have yet to find a cancellation policy so restrictive with any of their competitors and there are a lot of options available. (An example of the refund policy of a comparable pet sitting service: “Pet Sitting Visits: A cancellation fee of $25 will apply to all reservations cancelled within four days of the start date.”) If you are making a reservation which has even the remote possibility of getting cancelled for any reason whatsoever, I strongly recommend another service provider. Do your research and if possible, find other options for reservations that exceed $200 a booking and, if you still choose to book with All Friends Pet Care, I would not book way in advance as I did, as there is not a benefit.

I was apprehensive about leaving my cat while I was out of town for a wedding, as she is very social and I hated the thought of leaving her. After asking for referrals and researching, I came upon All Friends Pet Care. From my first inquiry with Beth, one of the owners, I knew I had chosen the right place. She understood my apprehension and assured me she had someone perfect in mind. She recommended Dana, who could not have been better! She came over to meet Titania and I liked her immediately. She sent daily photos and updates. She even went above and beyond. My son stopped by the house for something and she texted me to ask if someone had been in the house because things were a bit out of place! Wow. So I came home to a happy, healthy cat and am relieved knowing that I can go out of town as necessary, and my kitty will be in great hands. I also thought they're prices were reasonable. I can't recommend All Friends Pet Care enough!Thank you!!! Susan H

I've been using All Friends Pet Care for 3 or 4 years. Pam and Beth who run it are amazing. Fast, responsive, and intelligent. The dog walkers I've had are all 5 star. The online portal makes booking easy. And the dog walkers send reports every time they walk my dog so I know it's been done and that my dog is fine. I recommend All Friends Pet Care very strongly!

I RARELY write reviews. In fact, this may be my second review ever. However, All Friends Pet Care is that good, and I want to applaud the quality of this small business and the compassion of the owners, particularly during the pandemic.All Friends Pet Care does not miss a beat when caring for your animal— they are timely, communicative, and above all else, truly loving towards that special member of your family. They make every effort to accommodate you and your pet, even on short notice.I can tell from the photos they send, that Daisy Mae is happy and at ease when they are there to help. It puts my mind at ease knowing there is a reliable service to assist Daisy Mae when we cannot.I cannot recommend All Friends Pet Care more.

I highly trust All Friends Pet Care with my dogs. The owners partner you with a regular dog walker so you have a consistent service for your pets. I have been very happy with the communication and service. The portal they use is tremendous and gives you a ton of information through an app, including a GPS route of where your dog walker goes each day.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! A raving Google review will not even begin to adequately express the wonders of All Friends Pet Care, but I'll do my best. I switched to All Friends Pet Care when my previous dog walker was not working out. My dog is nervous with strangers and the walkers at AFPC were extremely understanding, they were all very patient with my pup and some of the best people he has ever been around, he quickly warmed up to them. AFPC truly cares about it's clients above all else and this is evident in every aspect of their business, from initial contact, scheduling, billing, walking/sitting your pets, providing updates and communication! They use Time to Pet which is a pet sitting software that allows you to see exactly when your pet walker/sitter checked in to see your pet, when they checked out, a map of where they walked, pictures and a summary of the visit. Not to mention Time to Pet makes payment and scheduling super easy. Beth and Pam, the owners of AFPC are the most lovely people and will address all of your concerns and questions themselves, not to mention in a very timely manner. I am very protective of my pup and I felt 100% at ease knowing AFPC was taking great care of my boy while I'm away. Thanks AFPC!!!

We have used All Friends for over 10 years for our pet sitting and dog walking needs. Owners Pam and Beth and their entire team are so customer-focused that we've never had to worry if our pets will be well cared for. It's as though our pets were their own.
