We have been wanting to get a new vacuum for the past few years. Stopped by IClean Air Products in Fairfax to buy bags and was fortunate to be helped by Santhosh Chandy who was very knowledgeable as well as thoughtful in telling us about Miele Vacuums. He seemed to know just what we would want in a vacuum. He didn’t try to sell us the most expensive in the line but one that would best serve our needs. Santhosh spent about an hour demonstrating the product, comparing it to others, and answering our many questions. We love our new vacuum and enjoyed meeting Santhosh and being able to support a small business owner in our town.

We've had our Riccar vacuum for 10 years and love it! When the first one bit the dust (so to speak) we went back to Ace Vacuums, traded in our old vacuum, and bought the exact same model again.
