Paid $14 for the premium wash for my car. Covered my car in the foam cleaner, then the brushes came down to spin and never touched the car and didn’t rinse. Tried to get a refund and “they can’t”.

Called once to see if they had the cigarettes I needed before driving there and they answered. I called next time and they said they won’t give out any information on the phone for tobacco, which makes no sense as I just don’t want to drive there if they don’t have it. Very rude and senseless.

Would not accept a passport as valid form of ID. Passport is valid form of ID IN LITERALLY EVERY COUNTRY. IM LITERALLY FROM THE UNITED STATES AND THEY WONT TAKE MY PASSPORT AS A FORM OF IDENTIFICATION. I literally come here for alcohol and use my passport all the time.
Edit: a few weeks later and they don't even ID me. I show my passport and he says it's not needed. I hope you all get fined. Anyways I saved my receipt and documented the day and time so don't try to tell me my passport isn't a valid form of ID because you've proved that a scanable ID isn't required. IDs apparently aren't required at all.

Trucks completely blocking entrance. Parking in fire lane everywhere. Then once inside a line of 6-8 people plus. One cashier. Then 2nd shows up, and lets guys do scratch offs, then buy more, then scratch off again, several times. All while 6 of us are waiting. This place was a great local place for gas and go stuff. Now with the small restaurant, it's impossible to visit during day. This happened at 10 am. The length of time it takes to purchase one single item is simply not worth it anymore.

Normally I don’t leave reviews, but this makes me sick. Very rude and unprofessional customer service, this man with glasses was yelling at me 3-4 times, that I didn’t tell him what exactly I need.. I felt so sad. They need to learn how speak with customer

The guy doesn’t give receipts, feel like he’s not giving me the deals, heard someone else argue with him before. The food here is really good so that saves the stars.

pump is broken and when I explain they said "yea it's like that" and that it's not their problem, and to call the number behind. Not even the decency to put a sign notifying people. Not worth calling in a $2 refund when the staff can't even put a closed sign. See constant complaints about uneven charging, makes sense seeing how little they care here. Id rather just go to a place where the staff somewhat care.
