I was waiting in line to purchase some items and I overheard the customer in front of me mentioning that he was not getting charged the correct amount. Once it was my turn to purchase the items the cashier was attempting to process my payment and it took him multiple times to charge me for 3 items. I later checked and saw that I was double charged on these items and the payments had been processed, I now have to take time out of my day to dispute duplicate transaction. The cashier seemed very off that day and looked like he was either drunk or high on the clock especially since he messed up a two customer transactions in a row for only a few items. I now lost trust in the cashiers now for this location, be careful when you paying with your card.

The cranky old Korean guy who runs this shop needs to get over himself and learn how to be a polite human being. I would go here often, but I don't because he's the last person I want to see at 2am. I can't wait till AI takes his job. Maybe then he'll be grateful for his customers.

Don't understand how such a poorly operated store is even still open here. You'd think corporate would step in, but I guess not. Avoid getting anything delivered from this place. They don't care about you or anything. They will ignore what you ordered and just throw whatever is closest or easier into the bag. Also, every time I get to the counter for checkout they seem angry that I am even there. Avoid this place like the plague if can.

They have everything I need but the Asian guy behind the counter was very rude. Because of him I don't think I want to go back. But he does run a good clean store I'm so conflicted

I got 2 cups of ice and a club tails mixed drink in a can. The charge amount is reasonable. I paid with a card. Asked if I was ok to go back for a straw? He said okay. However, my way out. The young man says mam your card was declined." We can try again." This time, I paid cash. Got out checked my bank info, and I still have well over 600. Called him back to let him know he has been caught. He acted like he didn't know who I was. It had only been a few minutes. I hung up, not wanting to hear stupidity at its worst.

Count you change! They regularly short you when paying cash.. it's happened a few times and yes when you call them out, they fix it.. they certainly hope you're not paying attention

I’m pretty sure this 7/11 has a serious mold problem last week it had mold on the Machine and I opened the drawer under the slushy machine and saw the most mold I’ve ever seen it’s darker than space under there and I’m pretty sure the mold made its way in the slushy and gave me and my friend atomic diarrhea.

The slerpy machine has mold in it. I asked the attendant to clean the machine or put a sign up. He did neither all he did was spend his time focusing on the online orders. The machine has been like that since this morning pictures are below if you’re coming to the 7-Eleven, do not buy Slurpee‘s.

2/3 sodas. Clerk rang it up and tells me it’s $3.79. I asked how did it come to $3.79, she states tax. Since when do we pay .79 cent on $3? I’ve notice 711 charges more for their promotion than advertised.

I like that there is a 7/11 so close to where I live.It's too bad one overnight employee can totally negate that by not coming to the counter when a customer is ready to check out. I believe he is the main overnight employee. He must be in his 40s, maybe 50s.I don't expect employees to jump as soon as someone gets to the counter, but this will have you wait up to 5 minutes at times before he slowly walks over to check you out. Most times not that long, but still a good wait. Some of us have to get work and don't have that much time. That's why we go to a gas station or convince store before we head out.This morning, around 7:59 am (check your cameras) it was long enough for another customer to sneak out with some beverages. 2 cans to be exact.I wouldn't be surprised if people have walked out with products simply because they longer wanted to wait. I understand that is theft, but unless someone tell this employee to be more attentive, it's going to happen , if it doesn't already happen.I'm not one that likes to leave bad reviews. Or leave bad reviews just to leave bad reviews. This needs to be addressed by management so this can be corrected.However, I'm not leaving a 1 star review simply because you you have 2 great employees that are great at what they do. It's a young man and a young woman. They are both quick to check out. Ask if we need bags and the woman in particular usually asks to enter our phone number so we don't miss rewards instead of skipping the process. Those two are great. Very attentive.
