I recently visited the 7-Eleven at 2915 Cedar Ln, Fairfax, VA 22031, and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and the manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. The outside of the store is very clean and inviting, which made for a pleasant visit. I highly recommend this location for its great service and welcoming atmosphere!

The older lady needs prayer and a hug…
My husband and I recently completed a 20-hour drive from Texas and, needing to use the restroom upon arrival, were granted permission by a gentleman to utilize the employee restroom. However, upon entering, I inadvertently startled an older female associate who was in the back. Despite my profuse apologies and explanation that another associate had permitted us to use the restroom, she rudely slammed and locked the door in my husband's face as he attempted to follow me in, leaving him to urinate outside. Upon exiting the restroom and realizing my husband was missing, I inquired about his whereabouts, only to be met with a disdainful stare and eye roll from the associate. Despite my repeated apologies, she refused to acknowledge them and walked away. Even when I asked the male associate to convey my apologies, he merely nodded. Upon reviewing the company's feedback, I noticed several other customers had experienced similar mistreatment from the same female associate. It is disheartening to see such consistent disregard for proper treatment and customer service without any apparent action or consideration being taken.

There had been a changed of owner in this location, and the new owner is no trust worthy, he was ask to pay for something I had bought two weeks ago and telling me the things I purchase didn;t go through, which is odd, I made sure it did and check my credit card statement and i show it did. I have stop going to the place even it is closer to me than Safeway gas station. Don;t do business with them, they are run by a group of racist. Once I saw a young girl with a little boy treated like criminal by the owner, that was when I step in and pay for the girls food and toy for the kid. I am not impress with the new owner.

I paid for something using Mobile Checkout. I showed the infamous Chinese lady three copies of my receipt, one from that purchase, one from the 7 eleven app and one from my Gmail account. I tried to explain how it works and she kept interrupting me and trying to ring up what I already paid for. Seems I'm not alone with this lady. I will never shop here again.

The State Corporation Commission should rescind the permit for these people. I was denied the purchase of a lottery ticket in a rude, impolite manner. I then asked for the receipt for the item I purchased ( I should have dropped my purchase ) and the old lady went almost ballistic. Never going back to that location.

I received the worst service while trying to purchase lottery tickets. The owner was rude and he refused to allow me to buy lottery tickets. I waited patiently while he waited on other customers even though I was there before them. Unbelievable how people come to the US and treat people from this county like trash when we patronize their business and this is how I got treated and talked too.Spend your money somewhere else please and thank you!

I've been going here for roughly two years on a semi daily basis as I live nearby. The staff is amazing and always greets you when you walk in with friendly conversation and attitude. Love it ?

The old Chinese lady is extremely rude. I paid for the bag for my items and she took it away not wanting to bag items. I will be following on this to demand why she is still bringing the 711 experience to trash. After so many bad reviews on her animal attitude and bad image I wonder why she is still there. She should be working at a sewer.

I never seen such a rude lady, I wanted to buy a drink and cigarette, she was extremely rude and has horrendous attitude when I asked if I could use a restroom. I just asked her politely, she didn’t have to scream at me, another customer who saw this also confronted her and he left for her horrendous artifice and customer service . This happen like 5 minutes ago. I will follow up with a complaint to corporate. Other customer also saw her behavior and stated extremely impolite and horrendous manners.

There’s an old lady on Sunday night around 12pm she asking to get out of the store it’s strange worst customer service ever with this 7 11! First get prepared how to deal with customers shes like Huh never wanna visit there again
