In stark contrast to another post office where they are unhelpful and won’t help you find or pack boxes. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!”

“I visited this post office today for a new passport, I was helped by Sunisa. 2 yrs ago she also assisted me with my kids passports. She is always so friendly and provides the best customer service. I really appreciate her making the process so easy and pleasant. Thank you Sunisa for all you do!”

“This is not a full-service post office. It's a contract location operated by the Ace Hardware employees. Good for mailing out packages but not a place for passports or other postal services (like money orders).”

“This post office does allow you to hand cancel your wedding invitations or anything with a wax seal. They give you the stamp and you stamp them all and place them in a bin. Was quick and easy.”
“Once you find it next to Peet's coffee (not PNC), this place is super convenient. Take a prepaid package, scan and get a receipt. No person required. So much better than waiting for a post office to open.”

“My experience here has been infrequent, but all positive. Front line customer service folks have been polite every time, and very patient. They recently found my phone left behind just before closing time, and the next day I found it had been set aside with a note explaining where it was found etc. ... we were happily reunited. He took swift action to locate my package and prepare it for me to pick up in the afternoon. Anwar helped me with an envelope that was returned to sender, and another package that was a gift for a friend. Anwar took the time to insure both packages arrived on time (peak holiday season) and at the most affordable rate. You put all these negative reviews to shame, Anwar. THANK YOU!!!”
“I had a lot of stuff to send (8 boxes total and 3 were heavy dive tanks). Elenor and Judy were fantastic and laughed and made it fun, even when the printer jammed (repeatedly). The location was so easy to get to, close parking and easy access to the counter. I drove out of my way (from Arlington), just to use this location, and I will do so again!! Great job ladies !!!”

“Each time I come the staff at this location are efficient and helpful. They have a self use kiosk and drop box.Today I had a passport photo and application appointment and Clerk 4 helped me. “Pulled into the parking lot at about 9:39am and it was pretty busy already. Was here at this location at about 9:40am and out by 9:50am on a Monday morning. This is pretty good. They had all three windows opened and all clerks were busy. When I went in, there was two people ahead of me and every were respectful of social distancing. Everyone wore masks indoors as required and the line moved pretty quick. The clerk I had was very nice and respectful and helped me out quickly and I was out of their within 10 minutes. When I left, there wasn't a line any longer. Small post office but it served my needs. The parking could be a challenge if you arrive at 9 am, when everyone wants to be the first in line. Overall, no issues at this post office.”
“As far as post offices go, this one is really good. Usually pretty busy but you don't have to wait too long in line and ive always(over 10 years) been able to find a parkingspot. They've got passport services and if you're terrible at taking out your mail from your mailbox (like I am) they will kindly hold your excess junk and remind you often. I love the kiosk where I can just waltz up and buy stamps - on my own! Anyway. If you live in the area I recommend this location.”
“I went midday and there was no line which was amazing lucky me! But more importantly the agent who assisted me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and efficient. We live nearby and I'm very grateful that are experienced so far has been positive with this USPS store. Hope they are able to keep it up! It really puts a smile on your face when a seemingly inconvenient Aaron turns out to be a smooth and positive experience overall because of good customer service and operational expertise.”
