Re: Pharmacy. Completely disorganized. Rude customer service. Slow to fill scripts and even slower at answering phones. Would rather go to the DMV to be mistreated.

Yes, this CVS location has had many problems over the last months/year. I too have experienced that rude staff and long delayed prescriptions.I believe the complaints have been heard and action taken. This week I went in a few times and found many new personnel as well as 3-4 times more staff. There was still a slight delay (down 1 star) but the staff were friendly and helpful. I say give them another try and not base decision on reviews from months ago.

I have nothing but problems getting scripts filled at this location. I had one sit for 2 straight weeks as "processing" with no notice of any kind from the pharmacy. When I went in, I found out they're "out of stock"... have they ordered restock? No. It was up to me to figure out how to get this script filled.So, I got it filled at the old Keene mill location. They were only able to fill 1/3 of the order. So, I just tried to call silverbrook to check status on the other 2/3, and I was on hold for fifteen minutes. I called old Keene mill, and had my questions answered within 5 minutes.Avoid this pharmacy at all costs unless you just enjoy being ignored.I would give it zero stars if I could.

Worse cvs/pharmacy if you have a better location go please they terrible I had an appt at 12:30 pm and it was passed 1:30 pm and they haven’t call me in yet. My prescription is never fill on time Either. I don’t know what’s their problem

NEVER GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS AT CVS! CVS pharmacy is the worst place to get your prescriptions. The manager is absolutely awful. I was talking to the pharmacist and the manager told me to go sit down when I was in the middle of a conversation with the pharmacist. Sometimes the prescriptions are out and they don’t even tell you at all. Then they proceed to tell you that they’re going to transfer it somewhere else, but they never do. Oh and not to mention, they never answer their phone calls when you’re trying to call about a prescription.Please change the management team

Cannot rely on this location for same day prescriptions. I never leave reviews but after countless bad experiences with missing prescriptions and long delays I'm left feeling very frustrated. Staff is kind but are either overworked/understaffed or their workflow is broken.

I had a tooth extracted this morning at 9 am. At 10 am, my prescription isn't ready and I'm told to come back in an hour. I return at 7:30 pm and, surprise, my order hasn't been filled. I was informed that the pharmacy closes in thirty minutes and I'd have to return tomorrow. Seems like CVS makes such large profits that they don't need my business.

It is now taken up to a week to get prescriptions that were renewed online. When the system sends a text saying the prescriptions will be ready by a time frame, they are not. When you try to pick them up, they say the prescriptions are not ready and will mark them to be expedited.

My Daughters prescription was called in at 1:30pm. I stopped in to pick up at 6pm. The Pharmacist had not checked voicemail all afternoon. She was very rude and said they were too busy. Complete incompetence. No response by CVS senior management to any of these concerns is a complete disgrace to the community.

This is a terrible location. They had a sign on the drive thru to come inside. The tech couldn’t find my rx had a terrible time using the computer and most importantly VIOLATED HIPPA!!!! I’ll be calling the appropriate authority.

This CVS is simply terrible. If there is a rating below one star, they deserve it. The manager did not care about the urgency to get my medication and kept delaying for days saying they need to talk to my doctor. Finally, they called the doctor and cleared the dosage but then sold my medication to another patient. Made me wait again to order the medication that was sitting there under my name for several days. Completely rude and unprofessional. The manager Sam needs to stay home instead of aggravating customers. I'm going somewhere else. Never again.

Absolutely awful pharmacy. I call 2 weeks in advance and they never order my medication on time. They also do not read the notes in your file and that takes even more time. They sent me to another CVS, said "I'm calling now and they have it." Not true. I will now be late with my medication dose and going to a 3rd location to find it.

I was in need for Urgent sugar meds. I called CVS pharmacy on Silver Brook RD in Fairfax Station VA 22079. Pharmacist named Enochs was the person I spoke with. First of all there was so much background banging noise. I asked him about it no response then put me on hold three different times no apology no explanation why am I on hold. I asked why and he lost it and said if you can't wait hang up. I was surprised to hear that I need my meds ASAP and he's being sarcastic and mean. In the mean time the banging noise was constant and gave me a headache..... This person is A PHARMACIST at this store !!!!! I am sure in pharmacy school he MISSED the ETHIC and ATIQUETT class. No matter what the circumstances are y'r having a bad day, short of staff or anything. But its not appropriate to behave with a customer/patient that way. Very disappointed!HUMERA A.
