Rather than saying they didn’t have a medicine they kept asking for reauthorization even when it had been authorized until June 2025. Very nice lady on the phone, but really bad service. Being nice is not substitute for doing the right thing right.

Get my toddler some relief - they told me rather brashly that the process is that pharmacy calls them and they’ll transfer the other pharmacy called and they didn’t pick up or return the call, closed and left for the day. Why not just tell the person on the phone the right way to transfer the meds. Horrible.
All I wanted was an apology... I called in yesterday to have a RX filled and I spelled out the medication for the gentleman on the phone. He confirmed the name and said it’d be ready in one hour all good so far. I went today around lunch time to pick up the RX and I was in a rush so I took the bag from the drive through and came on home. Once home I realized they had filed the wrong RX off my account and had i taken this medication it would have left me in a detrimental state so I called and explained my situation I was composed and friendly until I asked the pharmacist why would they give me an RX I didn’t ask for and one that could have been dangerous his only answer “your condition is not listed on our chart” ok sir but why fill an RX I did not ask for, whose name you did not confirm on the phone. No response he proceeded to inform me to get my money back I need the original receipt I hung up and said ok I’m coming to get a refund and the RX I need. I raised it to the girl checking me out that they confirmed one RX and filled another still no answer and no apology.

Pretty sure I was overcharge for a prescription I needed, I confirmed with another pharmacist I personally know they could have drove the cost down.

I can’t explain how disrespected I feel by the pharmacy manager Aya. I tried calling corporate or the HR number but no answer. The way this CVS Pharmacy is run is disgusting and has to be illegal . When I went on Friday this month to pick up my meds and she couldn’t find them she was yelling out my meditation for all to hear -does medications are extremely private and not for everyone to hear that’s a HIPPA violation. When I came today the Manager Aya was so dismissive, rude and just unprofessional i couldn’t believe it .The line is long , one person working the pick up and like 4 others chatting in the background not helping. The line is like 10 people waiting on one line when all the other people laughing and joking . Besides my medication being yelled out to the public which is a violation and I’m sure you can pull the tape , Aya the manager put the cherry on top with her dismissive rude attitude which I find utterly disgusting and unsuitable for that position. Please someone from corporate reach out to me .

The worst of all, I went to look for tablets on Saturday and they told me to come back at 6 a.m., that at 6 a.m. it was open, when I returned at 6 they told me that at 10 and my wife in unbearable pain, bad service, never come??

I called CVS pharmacy a day after my doctor submitted my prescription to check if they got it because I couldn’t find it on the CVS app to track the status. It’s always the same pissed off female tech I dread hearing over the phone. It seems like she’s always in a bad mood and it makes dealing with her frustrating. It’s understandable everyone has off days, but it’s a constant thing and it’s not just me based on the previous reviews. All I wanted was my status. If you hate your job that much and have to take out your frustration on customers, it might be best to consider finding a different job.
Aside from this pharmacist tech, the rest of the cashiers and staff on floor are ALWAYS incredibly nice and helpful. Just avoid this pharmacy if you can.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I drive all the way over, park, get out, wait in line at pharmacy, then when I am next the guy says sorry closed for lunch"!!!" Why did he let me wait in line??? No wonder they rate an overall score of less than 2!!! Horrible Service!!!

Horrible Service. No wonder they get an overall rating less than 2. Drove over, parked, went into pharmacy to pick up one subscription, waited in line , when it was my turn, guy says " sorry closed for lunch... come back in an hour!!" Youve got to be kidding me. Why did he let me stand in line! No wonder the place gets such a bad rating. Must be management! They rate zero stars for sure.

Pharmacy Dept needs to step up and allocate more resources to checkout window.. Always takes a considerable amount of time. At least 15-25 mins minimum of wait and sometimes more. It's not a good experience at all.

We’ve been loyal customers here for over a decade simply because it’s nestled right in the neighborhood.
These poor reviews are all valid. It’s a total head scratcher as to why the pharmacy is so poorly operated. And yet you feel bad for the pharmacy employees as you watch them struggle against some invisible barrier that prevents them from providing adequate service to the community.
For years the pharmacy and my doctor’s office can’t figure things out. Lines are long any time of day. The place is a mess. Customers are angry. Staff is visibly shaken.
It really is sad.

Dealt with 2 different female employees in the prescription window on 1/5/24 at about 12:10-12:30 pm, and both were so short with me and abrupt, cutting me off and being very impatient. Even my 12 and 10 year olds mentioned it as we drove away. Customer service can go a long way, you never know what people are dealing with.
