This CVS location serves a school and family neighborhood, and many staff members are good, kind people doing their best. The cashiers and floor staff are often described as incredibly nice, helpful, friendly, and amazing. One employee was noted as being very well-informed and helpful in finding products. The clinic's nurse practitioner was also wonderful, described as quick, kind, soft-spoken, efficient, and professional. However, the store and pharmacy have faced problems. Some reviews mention a consistently rude pharmacy technician, leading to frustration and a recommendation to avoid the pharmacy. There have been instances of long delays for prescriptions and poor customer service, including an unwillingness to adjust very loud pop music in the clinic waiting area, which was bothersome to a sick customer. Recent feedback suggests management may have taken action, with observations of many new personnel and significantly more staff on hand. While slight delays can still occur, the overall staff demeanor appears improved, prompting some customers to suggest giving the location another try.
This CVS is impossible to get hold of. Even though you leave message they don’t call back. Giant pharmacy is more expensive but they answer their phone. Will need to switch back. You paid less for bad service. Be aware.

I have used CVS for years. It is close to me and carries most of the products I am looking for.

Worst customer service and care ever. Incorrectly billed and did not receive a bill for 6 months. Do your homework. Find a reputable healthcare provider. Still escalating this matter, and will now email the corporate CEO of Minute Clinic. Will see where that goes!
