We lost our baby girl yesterday and it happened so quick. When we showed up they were so fast to act and made sure we knew what was going on. When there was nothing left to be done be done they gave us the space and time to say goodbye. In all we only interacted with them for 30 minutes but they made a very hard time as easy as possible. Thank you to everyone who helped Dottie cross the rainbow bridge.

Crosspoint animal hospital is great. They took great care of our Golden retriever. The only comment I had was it would be fantastic if they were open on weekends.

Amazing staff! From the front desk to the vet tech to the vet. Everyone was so attentive and welcoming. My dog gets nervous in those types of environments and everyone there gave her a warm greeting and made her feel as comfortable as possible! Dr. Gott was attentive and thorough with explaining everything! The entire facility is clean and welcoming!

I will forever be grateful for Crosspointe Animal Hospital. My dog has seen Dr. Burbrink, Dr. Gigrich, and Dr. Gott, and each one of these ladies is so kind, caring, and provides outstanding veterinary care. I always leave this animal hospital feeling more educated about the health of my dog, and everyone here is very honest. The staff at the front desk is very kind too. There have been many times where I have a scare about what my dog has eaten or if he has a skin allergy, and I can call the front desk and they’ll ask the doctors and get back to me right over the phone, which most vets do not do and require you to come in for. I love this animal hospital and the care they provide. Milo loves you all!

It was, as always, an extremely positive, professional, and informative experience. Dr. Burbrink is always patient and just the best vet ever. We have had many fabulous years of working with Dr. Burbrink and the many wonderful associates, vet techs, and office personnel. They are simply the best!!!

Everyone is just fantastic. They really care about your pets. They never do anything that's not necessary and always make sure you are informed. I took both cats in for dental health. They called to check on them. This is a great place for high quality pet care.

Crosspointe Animal Hospital provides the best care for my sweet Annie. The staff are professional, respectful, and friendly. I like the fact that I can message the doctor through the pet desk app and I receive advice immediately. Love this place. I moved to Germantown during the Pandemic and I'll say that this is hands down the best animal hospital. I do miss it and I'm sure my dog does as well. Keep up the great work and care you give our pets.
