I went in early afternoon and had some pictures copied. I went back about 6:30 to pick them up and they had not been processed yet. As I was walking out an employee told me they would be ready in 5 minutes. I had somewhere to be. They should have already been processed. I gave them more than 5 hours.

Would be awesome if the doors were actually open when they said. Ive been here since 8am I’ve waited 15 minutes in the parking lot for this place to open. Doors are still locked but the lights are on??

When you call, you can't get through to a real person. The recording then says the pharmacy is open when it isn't. Have now twice driven up here from Eastville during times it said they were open only to find it wasn't even open at all that day. Not gonna use this pharmacy anymore.

The pharmacy staff are usually quite pleasant, but the front of the house staff are the most miserable & unhelpful. While stocking shelves or talking amongst themselves, they leave you waiting indefinitely. At least hire staff who are welcoming & who smile!!!!!

The pharmacy is pathetic. My daughter had an appointment there. They were rude and unhelpful to say the least. The pharmacy tech always denies insurance, so you have to get other people involved. They are not much better, but usually straighten it out. I would suggest bypassing this pharmacy and go somewhere else. The one in town is much more helpful.

This walgreens pharmacy is the worst I've ever seen.There is a woman there that is so rude,I think she is Jamaican because her accent she lied twice to me then hung of the phone 2 times.The pharmacists are rude and not helpful.i will not be using walgreens ever again.The customer service is terrible!

Before you have your doctor's office call this pharmacy for any medication that is an emergency check to ensure they have it. If you speak with Dolores in the morning about a brand of medication you're trying to get she will tell you that you insurance will only pay for the generic brand. So be aware of the lie and go somewhere else ?. This is not the only pharmacy in Franktown Virginia. I thank God that I did not have a asthma attack all weekend waiting on this pharmacy to get a prescription for me.

A pleasant experience upon entering the Bldg.I was greeted w/ a good afternoon, when asking 4 assistance, I was guided right to the product Iwas looking for & thee employee was so warm & glad / willing to assist . I had such a quick check out / register & their system seemed to be high tech w/ so much savings, now have a Walgreens card & only because thee employee was so reassuring that it’s just a simple, quick process to sign up & I exited the Bldg. w/ my new Walgreens card?
