I remember Dan Justice the nicest guy from a long time ago when he first opened in like 07 -09ish, usta help around the shop, always grate service, hard worker, and treated everyone well! I highly recommend Pascos!

This place has always been by first stop for batteries. Well that finally has changed. I’ve never been treated so badly by a place. Made me feel stupid. The battery died. I charged the battery four times. It would not hold the charge. He put it on his charger and said it was charging. The more I charged this battery the more it started to swell indicating something is wrong. All I wanted to know was if the battery was under warranty, well I didn’t have my receipt. So I asked if he could look it up for me. That’s when the attitude started. I have had issues with the Deka battery brand. I have purchased two batteries for just this vehicle alone. And one for my truck before going to the Interstate battery line. No trouble with that battery for 2 years now. Needless to say after this day I will no longer be a Pasco customer. Btw he did just throw a battery on the floor and told me just to take it. I told him I would pay for it. Was told “ I just give up, just take it. “
